First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. First time visiting First Watch, and we really enjoyed it. My husband loved that they leave the coffee pot on the table, which is a nice touch for coffee drinkers. We tried the Million Dollar Bacon — sweet, savory, great flavor, and beautifully presented. Our food came out fairly quickly. I ordered the Chickichanga, which was a very generous portion, and my husband had the turkey biscuits and gravy, which he enjoyed. My only suggestion is to go early — we were seated immediately before 9 a.m., but by the time we left there were easily 30 people waiting at the entrance. Overall, a great breakfast experience and we’d definitely go back.

My grandmother and I stopped in for a breakfast date. Food was amazing! I had the Chorizo Omelette, she had the Bacado Omelette and we shared the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Food was fresh and tasted amazing! Our server, Armani, was top notch, they checked on us throughout the meal and made sure everything was to our liking! We will definitely be back!

Went to brunch today and really enjoyed our meal. The million dollar bacon was amazing with the brown sugar, cayenne and syrup. I had the BLT Eggs Benedict with tasty hollandaise and avocado. My partner had the lemon ricotta pancakes that didn’t even need syrup with the lemon curd on top.
Service was quick with the server offering suggestions for those intimidated by the extensive offerings on the menu. We will definitely go back again.

First Watch Foley is easily one of the top brunch spots in Foley, Alabama, especially for Sunday brunch. The Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast and Healthy Turkey were fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, and the menu offers plenty of healthy brunch options alongside more indulgent favorites.
Great service, a bright and relaxed atmosphere, and a seasonal menu with cocktails make this a place we keep coming back to. Highly recommend First Watch for brunch in Foley.

I love places you can see into the kitchen. This place is super clean. The service was great. Our waitress was really attentive. The food was great with large portions. The price was average for this area. We will be back.

This was their very first day open. The food was okay. Service was lacking big time. Our waitress wasn’t knowledgeable about the menu and took forever to bring drinks and food. The kale tonic juice was okay, refreshing but overwhelmingly cucumber. The carrot cake and pecan pancakes were tasty and the million dollar bacon was phenomenal. The iced coffee was bland and lacked flavor. The biscuits were yummy, but the gravy was gross. Overall it was just okay and we may try lunch sometime, but for the price it cost, the food and service should be on point.

Went back on 4/20/25. Food was delicious, service was just okay. FYI, the coffee they push on you at the beginning of your meal is NOT complimentary. It’s $3.99 per cup. We had no idea and the pricing is not listed on the menu for drinks. Seems like a scam to me. Not cool.

It’s seems it is always busy on weekends! After a 45 minutes wait we were sat. Marcella our server was great. We have Salmon Benedict and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Freshly squeezed OJ. Looked like a lot of beverage options we want to try in the future.
