First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

Our party of three was seated immediately upon our arrival. Our server arrived quickly and took our orders. She was friendly and efficient. The food was delivered quickly and was piping hot. I chose the “Trifecta” breakfast with scrambled eggs (fluffy and light), Belgian waffle (oh so good) and crispy bacon. I really like the remodeling job they did. It’s very fresh and open.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal on Tuesday before Thanksgiving at this bustling location. What was the old saw about eating where the police eat as they and the truck drivers know good food. We saw a couple outside and while I might assume they enjoyed a meal there, I didn’t actually see them partake but I can attest that I and my wife liked the food and the service. It was a first time experience me at this brand of restaurant and I found it to be a pleasant experience in a facility that is tastefully decorated and upscale for an establishment that serves breakfast in an upscale approach. I tested fundamentals having ordered black coffee, biscuits with gravy and cheesy grits. Missus M has the upscale Eggs Benedict BLT with potatoes and a Peppermint Chip Iced Coffee. So two selections with vastly different approaches but we felt they were well executed. My coffee was steaming hot and included a thermal carafe for ready refills; the biscuits tender, fresh covered is a hot black pepper spiced gravy; and the grits were creamy, strongly buttered and with cheese melted and browned as if it were crème brûlée. They were so hot I nearly burned my mouth. Loved it. Missus M’s choices she attested were bountiful and tasty. What I saw appeared to be perfectly executed. Kudos to the cook. As to service, our waiter was enthusiastic in his efforts and attentive. Kudos as well.
As you can imagine, expect pricing to be higher than Waffle House or Cracker Barrel.

We love this place. The food is delicious. The servings are huge! The food offers a new taste, and fabulous flavor with every bite. It’s a great place for family, kids, or work meetings. This place is absolutely amazing!

The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was delicious! No long wait after ordering. The hostess was very pleasant and my server ( Laykin) was pleasant as well. I had the Traditional breakfast, really filling!❤️ The potatoes were just how I like them, cooked perfect! A Great Place to eat!

First Watch in Prattville is a great spot for breakfast and brunch! We tried the Farmhouse Griddle, The Works Omelet with cheesy grits, and a chocolate chip pancake from the kids menu—everything was fresh, flavorful, and really well done.
Our server on the first visit was outstanding, super attentive and friendly. The second time it was more crowded, so the service wasn’t quite as quick, but still good overall. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the quality of the food makes it worth the trip every time.
Definitely a solid choice for a delicious breakfast with the family!

Literally the best restaurant meal I’ve had in a long time. Pretty decor, nice staff. Food was perfect, every bite, every person’s plate. Drinks were perfect. Heather was our waitress and she did a wonderful job. She had our food out quickly and very fresh. I honestly thought this restaurant was going to not fit our family taste buds. I was throughly impressed. I almost did not order the greens tossed in lemon. Not something I would generally like. I even loved that! Everyone cleaned their plates too, first time ever.

The wait was long, but it was worth it. The potatoes were incredibly tasty, and the pancakes were huge with a perfect flavor. The eggs were delicious, too. Even though it was crowded, our food came out in a very reasonable amount of time.

This location is going to be a great addition to Prattville. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Immediately once we walked in, we were greeted and our name was taken down. Weren’t even sitting for a minute before we were seated and taken care of ! The food came out in a timely manner and was definitely what we know and love about First Watch. Will be coming back again !!
