My friends and I are in the area for spring break from Michigan and we came to breakfast at this location. Immediately upon entering the restaurant we were greeted and loved the interior of the building. Our orders were quickly taken and serviced to the table. I don’t usually eat breakfast but this was some of the best I’ve had in a long time! I got the biscuits and gravy with potatoes and eggs. I also ordered the holy donut bites and they were spectacular! 10/10 recommend this place amazing quality and portions for a great price.

Food was SLAMMIN’ It was so fresh and filling. My friend and I were quiet while eating. That’s how good it was. I had the special, BEC with potatoes and a lavender lemon beverage, which was really good. I wish First Watch was local to my area

Food was wonderful, full of flavor, and so yummy! The million dollar bacon hits the spot! If going on the weekend make sure you go early or you will have a wait. We ate outside so there was no wait and it was a wonderful quiet breakfast. Will be going back.. often!

I went to First Watch for the first time, and honestly, it was disappointing. The potatoes were undercooked, most of my food came out just warm, and the pancake was probably the worst pancake I’ve ever had. It had a strange taste—like the cheapest pancake mix you could use. Please, take notes from Cracker Barrel on how to do pancake basics.

Tried to give them another chance, biscuit overcooked and potatoes not cooked thoroughly.
The eggs were fine, just needed a little seasoning. The biscuits and gravy tasted good, but there definitely wasn’t enough gravy for two biscuits.
My partner got the French toast, and it was the same story—basic, cheap-tasting, and not worth ordering. Again, Cracker Barrel has this down, so I know it can be done better.
On the positive side, the customer service was great. The manager reached out, apologized, and offered to remake our food. I genuinely appreciate that level of effort and care—it’s rare to see management step in and try to make things right. Unfortunately, even after the remake, the meal tasted the same, so the food still missed the mark for us.
At the end of the day, it may just be a matter of preference, but the food wasn’t for us.

I waited 45 minutes to get cold food. The butter on my waffle wasn’t melting. Not even after spreading it. Although they offered to remake it, I didn’t have time to wait because it took so long to get my food the first time. This was my first and last time dining here. Also, I was charged more than the menu price for my meal with no substitutions or upgrades. Completely unacceptable!

First time “clean eating”. I was blown away by the concept: the food was so fresh, hearty portions, and reasonably priced. Open atmosphere with lots of natural light, very inviting. Our server was delightful: checked on us from beginning to the last forkful, extremely friendly (seemed natural, not forced), true southern hospitality.

Very nice place to eat, their menu had several unique dishes that we haven’t seen before. We tried their double bacon egg hash, nicely done, loved the flavor. Prices are similar to other restaurants in Clermont, but good value for their price with large portions, large enough that my wife and I shared one item. The decoration and style are very trendy (ok, I am old, so maybe that is relative), but we loved the atmosphere of First Watch. The young lady that served our breakfast was very nice and friendly, food was promptly delivered. Just wish they opened at 6 am.

Waffle is great! Service was so fast and the server was so good at her job. She even asked if we wanted coffee to go. Big plus was a nice bottle of water on the table.
