We were a party of 8. As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were seated and greeted by the server, Heidi. She was very friendly and attentive. We told her that 3 of the 8 were running a little late but that we needed to get served quickly due to an appointment we had. Heidi quickly took our drink orders and brought waters to the table. She asked if we were ready to order and we said yes. We gave her our orders.

My wife and I visited for breakfast. A lot of good choices from sweet to savory, healthy to not-so-much. We started with the donut holeys which came with two dipping sauces. My wife and I have been here many times in the past 2 years and had great experiences everytime. Yesterday morning and we went and sat at the cafe bar. Ben was our server and although he was very busy he still went above and beyond! From the moment we sat down he was very attentive. I always try to connect with people in the service industry and we spoke in between. Ben was a New England guy like myself and my next time back I will be sitting in the same spot for exceptional service again from Ben!

I would give you guys A ZERO if I could. This is my first time ordering to pick up, since we always go to the restaurant to eat. I ordered today the usual, two chickichangas. When I get home and we open our breakfast, the potatoes were burn. And when we opened the fruit IT SMELLED ROTTEN and look pretty bad, I ALMOST THROW UP… it is disgusting. The food was what you pay for, but still too expensive for a small waffle, and also the 2 eggs were made wrong, I got toast with butter when I say no butter. The server was not pleasant, with only 2 smiles, one at the beginning and one at the end. The rest was not happy at all.

Beware, diabetics, the only non-sugar option is stevia in this location, which contains dextrose. This particular stevia is cheaper to manufacture. Actual stevia is more expensive; whether or not this was a cost-cutting measure or purchased out of ignorance, I cannot recommend this place to our fellow Naples residents, especially those with diabetes. Dextrose is very dangerous for them
