We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. First Watch has really stepped up their game to compete with other breakfast places. The food is creative and gourmet and there’s healthy options available as well. The new designs inside create a nice open atmosphere. I had a great experience sitting at the breakfast bar, which is first come first serve, so I didn’t have to wait for a table. Jordan was my server. She was delightful and was able to multitask, serving several people with a great upbeat personality. This may become my regular spot after church on Sunday.

Had the most amazing server named Summer. She took her time, understood my dietary concerns (gluten) and took such extra care of me. I was so pleased. My eggs cooked absolutely perfect (medium) ***Shout out to the chef***. My entire breakfast was so good. Washed it down with a morning meditation drink and it hit the spot. The wife had the pumpkin pancake breakfast. Perfect for her! Her pumpkin craving fulfilled.

I ordered the Cinny Pancake breakfast and was pleasantly amazed at the taste! Very tasty. The syrup came warmed in a glass bottle which was an added benefit but so did the food. Coffee was great especially when I didn’t have to add anything to it . Dane was an excellent server giving just the right attention to my table. Atmosphere was lively and comfortable.

Burned a 3rd of my meal, the turkey sausage. Charred black and the host had the nerve to say that’s how it’s served. Why does the causeway location not burn it? I asked for a manager. Also today, burnt sausage on a Togo order. It’s unacceptable for food to leave the kitchen this way. Won’t be back. These photos are of the second meal, there were 2 orders today.
