Absolutely LOVE First Watch! The Miami-Pinecrest location has such a chill vibe. Our server, Johnathan, was the best! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. His recommendations were 10 out of 10! I would definitely come back to this location.

Fourth visit today November 24th, 2025 for our 42nd wedding anniversary. All at this location is exceptional & today I saw why. Wife and I were feeling warm, so I asked Johnathan our server who had graciously greeted us when we entered establishment to speak to the manager. Tiffany explained she was waiting on ac technician to arrive to address issue but in the mean time offered us her personal battery fan for our comfort which she promptly brought to our table.
Just after starting our breakfast we noticed temperature was improving and we needed to turn down fan speed. Tiffany followed up to see how we were doing as did Johnathan. It is management & staff like this that makes a very enjoyable experience and shows appreciation for our patronage to First Watch Flagler location. Will keep coming back.

Celebrated our anniversary with breakfast at the newest First Watch in our area. 5 stars all around! Food was amazing! We had the million dollar bacon, biscuits and turkey sausage gravy, and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Alexis our server that morning was very knowledgeable about menu items and provided excellent service from beginning to end. We appreciated the floor manger stopping by to check on us. We have been to other locations in the area but this was our best experience.
That morning was a little cool outside (68 overcast) It was a few degrees cooler than that inside. If your blood runs cold, BRING A JACKET.

I was honestly disappointed with my experience at First Watch!!!
First of all, we weren’t offered water at all. Usually that’s the first thing a server asks, but nothing, no water unless we asked. Which we didn’t because we didn’t want to keep bothering.
I ordered an iced coffee that was listed as “honey salted caramel with cold foam” and let me tell you… it was basically a milkshake. Super sweet, barely any coffee flavor, and the “cold foam” was literally whipped cream. Very misleading. (Just know you’re going to get milk, not even coffee lol ) another thing : if they ask you if you want coffee, just know it’s not free like how IHOP serves free coffee. They’re going to charge you 🙂
For food, I ordered an egg sandwich with an over-easy egg, and what I got was an egg cooked hard as a rock. I had to ask the server to remake it because that’s not what I ordered, it came with avocado & the avocado tasted OLD!!!! and even after that, the whole thing felt like a mess.
To make it worse, there were no napkins, I wasn’t given utensils for my potatoes, and honestly, the potatoes were terrible anyway.
Overall, between the service, the inaccurate menu descriptions, and the poorly prepared food, this was not a good experience and definitely not what I expected from First Watch. Do not recommend!!! DO NOT COME HERE !! & I’m so sad cause this place is close to my house .

I had a fantastic experience at First Watch! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really made our visit stand out was our server, Grace. She did an amazing job—super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive energy and professionalism truly elevated our morning. Im a little surprised as to how this location has such good reviews. This is was my 2nd time at this location and will definitely be the last. The first time my girlfriend and i went the server was very rude and not attentive at all. The most recent visit was yesterday 02/28/26
The music was loud to the point where we had to talk incredibly loud to hear each other. While our server was not rude we were a little taken back by the way he spoke about his coworkers. Indicating that they suck and they dont know what they’re doing. He was saying that with jokes which we were confused by. When we sat down all we got to start was a regular coffee and My girlfriend ordered a caramel coffee drink and when i tell you that drink was flavorless it was awful. It just tasted like milk. No sweetness, no coffee flavor. We ended up sending it back. When the coffees arrived we still had yet to receive utensils. We waiting about 5-7 minutes waiting for any sort of utensils. Later the food arrived and ive never had an issue with the food at first watch. However the bowls were covered in a greasy residue. Like they weren’t even cleaned properly. My girlfriend went to the bathroom to wash her hands because of it and there wasnt even paper towels in the bathroom. At the end i spoke to the manager Mark and he informed me he was aware of the utensils issue and was addressing it. He had nothing to saying regarding the greasy bowls. While mark was very kind i do not know what is going on in that location and i definitely will not be back. If you can take the time to go to the first watch by the falls it is a much better experience.
