First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. An awesome experience all around. I was greeted right when I walked in, which already set the tone. Our waitress, Katelyn, was great, super friendly, attentive, and just easy to talk to. She made everything feel smooth.
I had the winter steak hash with pesto (can’t remember the exact name on the winter menu), and it was outstanding. Packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. One of those meals where you’re thinking about it again later that day.
Great service, great food, great vibe. I’ll definitely be back.

Great breakfast/brunch/lunch option. French toast, omlettes, avocado toast, yougurt with fruit, pancakes, lunch bowls, wraps, sandwiches and refreshing healthy drinks. Great atmosphere. Community table is for quick sit down in case there is a wait and you dont mind sitting with strangers. Been to 3 or 4 different First Watch’s in Broward and Dade. All were great. I liked the new Strawberry Tres Leches french toast. See my pics. Avocado stuffed into an omlette was great with the potatoes (I told them no bacon, it comes with bacon). Enjoy!!!

Great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious food. A huge selection of food choices. From a basic breakfast platter or a basic sandwich to a full flavored variety in different cuisines. Our server kelly was very attentive, informative, n pleasant. It was my fist visit and I will definitely be going back

This experience was absolutely unacceptable from start to finish. Our server took 20 minutes just to greet us, which immediately showed a lack of care or professionalism. It only got worse from there.
I ordered a chicken chimichanga with NO onions and it came out with onions. I also ordered Floridian French toast and was served regular French toast instead. I reminded a second server about the mistake and nothing was done. After waiting even longer, I had to walk up to the hostess stand myself to complain because my correct order still hadn’t arrived.
On top of all of that, I had to ask a third server for silverware, water, and napkins because my original server never once checked on us, offered water, or asked how everything was. When the server finally brought the water and napkins, he threw them onto the table like he was annoyed, which was incredibly rude and unnecessary.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my water, there was green debris floating in it — absolutely disgusting.
There were no apologies, no accountability, and no urgency to fix anything. The service was careless, disorganized, and downright disrespectful. I will not be returning and strongly suggest going elsewhere if you expect basic service, accuracy, or cleanliness.

I came here on New Years Day fully expecting it to be a long wait. While the restaurant was indeed packed, we only waited a standard 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly, especially our waitress Janee. She was very attentive and accommodating whenever we had a special request. She was also the server to the table next to who seemed to be a bit picky and I thought she handled them terrifically. She served with a smile the entire time. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. We had the chikichanga and the carne asada tacos and we basically licked our plate clean. All in all it was a good experience and I would definitely come again

Wow! Best breakfast I’ve had in a while. Amazing food, service and nice atmosphere. Chimichurri Steak & Egg Hash, what……delicious! A must order when in season. Great Belgian waffles with a cinnamon syrup, and my son loved his giagantic kids chocolate chip pancakes. We’ll be back!

They served us bad lettuce (see photo) I’ve been going to first watch for 10 years, and this is the only location (Hollywood) where I’ve had bad meals repeatedly. Such a shame because I live right by it. I had the seasonal Parmesan hash at the sunrise location and it was AMAZING. Here it was salty yet bland somehow. It had none of the flavors I felt in sunrise, just salt! The sauce was watered down for sure. The special drinks were all ice, no substance. By the time the server checked on us we were done eating. He was nice enough to bring me a simple avocado to make up for the Benedict’s lack of avocado. The only good thing were the pancakes. If I want first watch I guess I’ll be driving the extra 30 minutes to sunrise.

The most amazing pumpkin pancakes ever! My cousin had soup and salad. I was delicious. Connor was our server couldn’t have been more attentive. He was so kind and always smiling best server ever.♥️
