First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whether you start at the crack of dawn or not, we’ll leave that up to you!

First Watch delivered a great breakfast experience. The food was excellent and clearly made with care, and the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. Our server was extremely friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Between the quality of the food and the overall vibe, this is easily a spot I’d come back to again.

Absolutely terrible experience at First Watch in Miami Lakes.
We waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by the hostess. We specifically requested to sit outside, and there were only TWO tables seated on the entire patio — so it clearly wasn’t busy.
After being seated, two different waiters came outside to serve their assigned tables. Not one of them bothered to greet us, offer water, or even hand us a menu. I requested a waiter TWICE during 15 minutes of sitting there, and everyone just kept walking by as if we didn’t exist.
After 20 minutes of waiting just to order, we decided to leave. This is basic customer service — greet your guests, offer water, acknowledge them. Completely unacceptable.

We went to First Watch, Miami Lakes, to celebrate our son’s 15th birthday . We had a great time. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Shout out to our server Amber Garcia for her excellent service .

I had an amazing experience at First Watch thanks to Samantha! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at the perfect times (without ever hovering), and had such a positive attitude the entire time.
You can tell she genuinely cares about giving great service. She was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. It honestly made our brunch 10x better.
First Watch is lucky to have her and I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Samantha again!

first time here and the food was delicioussss!! prices are super affordable, especially for how amazing the quality of the food is. got the farmhouse plate and it was very filling & had so much to offer.
