Burnt potatoes and onions. Burnt biscuit and the inside felt and tasted stale. The potatoes look and taste like it was reheated. Had to really cover the biscuit in as much gravy as possible to try to soften it. You can tell by what’s left that it was a tough biscuit. Huge ugly onion pieces just thrown in the mix. See photos below. This was a waste of 22 dollars. Also, do not get the OJ. For 4 dollars, the orange juice doesn’t get poured to the top of the small to-go cup. There is about an inch and a half of air that you pay for as well. Lady at the front said it is their policy.

First Watch has completely stolen my heart! The ambiance is beautiful. Upscale, warm, and inviting, yet calm and comfortable. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious, and the service is consistently 10/10. I used to have another favorite brunch spot, but First Watch has officially taken the crown. My new go-to for breakfast and brunch perfection! ☕

This is the best place to have breakfast. The location is beautiful, with a lovely design, elegant decor, and natural light streaming through the windows into the hall.As for the food preparation, it’s among the best you’ll find in American restaurants; it’s truly a special place.

Breakfast of Champions here! The place was decorated really well. Nice & high ceilings made the place feel spacious. Service was great and the food was spectacular. Everything came out increasingly fast which was surprising for having the place full. Indoor & outdoor seating. Overall, a Great First watch.

Came in and got a seat right away. The host or manager Kyle was friendly. Our waitress Erika did a great job offering specials but not imposing them on us. She checked in on us without hovering. I am really writing this to say how impressed I was with their service and willingness to assist when my french toast was undercooked. Both Kyle and Erika came over to ensure that we were satisfied with the meal, even offering to make something else in addition to having it redone. It was a great experience.

Mostly great. Only think the potatoes were too charred, enough to where I couldn’t eat them. Nice that they have a gluten free bread option, but odd that it’s just one slice. Service was good. Atmosphere was good.
I’ll be back.

Went to breakfast at First Watch near the Melbourne Square Mall with a friend of mine. He ordered two eggs over hard, sausage, grits and white toast. I ordered the “Works” omelet. His food came and the grits were covered in butter and a yellow color with a flavored taste added. He asked the server if they had just plain grits which she added these are the only grits they have. He barely ate them. When he cut into his eggs they were runny not hard as he asked for. The toast came out with enough butter on it to choke a horse. My omelet was good but my potatoes were a bit burnt and were plain with no flavor. I ordered French toast to go for my Wife. Which she said was horrible. When the check came the total was $52 and my buddy was in shock for such a subpar breakfast. We asked the server if they offered Military or Veteran discount as we are both Veterans and she said they do not. That was the final nail in the coffin. The server was pleasant and did a great job but the overall experience was disappointing especially for the prices they charge. We will never eat at any First Watch establishment again.

First thing you have to keep in mind is to study the menu, especially, if you are not used to it. The menu LAKS the main ingredient which is PICTURES to make it clear.
Some portions are okay while Some need attention. Since that was my 2nd breakfast of the day, it was okay, but if it was my first, I would have ordered double the serving. Coffee flavor needs more attention. I know they buy in bulks but they have to be choosy about it.
It is just a change. Otherwise, there is no difference from the restaurant next door.

Had a great experience @ First Watch with friends. First the place itself was very clean, the ambiance was cool and chic, service was very good. The staff were friendly and attentive. Food arrived on time and the food temperature was perfect. Recommend to try the million dollar bacon, Chimichurri steak and eggs hash, and traditional breakfast.

Stopped by on a weekday morning and had a very good breakfast. I tried the seasonal bacon egg cheddar and my wife had the french toast and scrambled eggs while we shared some sides. Both dishes turned out very good, and eggs were cooked perfectly. Sausage wasn’t particularly good – I wouldn’t recommend that but otherwise it was a good experience in a cozy setting. Service was good. Not bad if you want to treat yourself for breakfast or brunch.
I will note since we went on a weekday morning it wasn’t busy – not sure how this place handles busy brunch crowds but based on the parking lot it looks like it gets VERY crowded on weekends, so I’d suggest a reservation for weekends.
