I had the best server, Robert! He was very knowledgeable about the menu and was very helpful with my drink selection. It was great to know that he was a regular to First Watch before he became a server. That’s what I would call loyalty. The food was amazing and presentation and great and taste. A few pieces of bacon were a little darker or closer to Burnt than I would have liked. Overall, this is not the first time I have been the first watch and it won’t be the last. I don’t have pictures of my drinks because they are definitely fresh they squeeze and my palate is not used to that. So I sampled

Destin Location Wins on Service & Space!
If you’re choosing between the local options, the First Watch in Destin is in a different league than the Santa Rosa Beach spot. The floor plan here is much larger and more open, which seems to translate to better service and significantly faster ticket times. You aren’t cramped, and the kitchen really moves.
My wife and I both ordered the Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash from the seasonal menu, and it was impressive. It’s a hearty mix of:
* Seared steak and potato hash with house-roasted onions and peppers.
* Two cage-free eggs, crumbled Feta, and house-pickled sweet peppers.
* Finished with a roasted garlic aioli and a really bright chimichurri drizzle.
It’s an excellent, high-quality dish for a chain restaurant. When you’re in the area during the off-season, this Destin location is the way to go for a reliable, fast, and delicious brunch!

Excellent breakfast and great food quality!
The only downside was the service.
The staff appeared unhappy, with very little interaction or friendliness. It took nearly 20 minutes after being seated to even get acknowledged to receive a cup of coffee, and the overall service from our waitress was extremely SLOW.
Will definitely return to give them another try.

When you walk in you are hit with a coffee smell and it absolutely woke us up!!! We were greeted very warmly and were promptly seated. Our waitress was so friendly. My tea was sour and off so they gave me a cranberry juice on the house and comped the tea. I ordered the turkey sausage gravy and biscuits with fully loaded seasoned potatoes and eggs. I ordered my eggs fried easy but it came scrambled so they also promptly fixed that as well. I also ordered the pumpkin donut holes which are AMAZING!!!!!!!! My husband got the pumpkin pancake breakfast and he was stuffed by the time he finished it all. Overall I would highly recommend this place!!!!

Locals here – we found our way in after another restaurant stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 AM, and immediately did a happy dance after the first bite. The holiday menu was such a pleasant surprise, specifically the carne asada breakfast tacos. Bold, flavorful, and easily the star of the table. They may be a holiday special, but they absolutely deserve a permanent spot on the daily menu. Our server Chris was fantastic. Friendly, attentive, and lightning fast. He made the whole experience feel easy and fun. We’ll definitely be back!!

This restaurant has the best brunch. I love the omelets and the potatoes. There was a 45 minute wait but it was worth it. Good food with reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong. I would definitely recommend to family and friends

Food was okay. Service was terrible. Our waiter took our drink order with our food order (we had already been sitting at our table watching new tables be sat and served!) Ordered three sodas and got them about 6 minutes later. Our food came relatively fast and was not terrible. Waited for our waiter to come back around, but he didn’t until I had to flag him down. Asked for refills…which we never received. Waited a few more minutes for our check, which again, we never received. ((There was even other staff that looked directly at our table and our empty drinks and just smiled at us!)) When I went up to the counter, the gal was friendly, went and talked to the guy and the excuse was that he was tasked with extra tables…there were plenty of tables unattended and it wasn’t busy enough to not even get one refill!

First Watch, yum. The lady and I went here a couple of months ago. I forgot to post this but better late than never, I suppose.
So, she ordered one of their breakfast sandwiches and I had the biscuits and gravy. I forget the name of the sandwich. My apologies. She said her sandwich was great and would order it again. My biscuits and gravy were spot on.
The atmosphere was nice. It wasn’t loud and had a contemporary feel. Everything having a modern theme
Our sever was prompt and polite. Providing fast service and she knew the menu very well.
Prices were affordable. I didn’t see anything that came across overpriced. I would recommend this place to anyone, honestly. Service and the food is what shines here. This is what made the visit worthwhile and memorable.
A friendly place with great service and terrific food. You can’t beat that! If you haven’t been here yet then you’re missing out. It’s better than most breakfast places, easily.

We have eaten at First Watch establishments in multiple cities. Always pleased with the service, the atmosphere, as well as the food quality and quantity!
Today was no different. And the hostess today went above to get us pumpkin spice creamer and cute fall stickers.
Thanks First Watch for staying my day amazingly!
