We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Whenever I find myself in the area, I treat myself to a pleasant and languid repast here. The staff is always friendly, informative and helpful, and the room is always lively with people and vibrant activity. I always enjoy the delicious fresh juices and bright complimentary flavors that are served up in each dish.

We loved everything we had. Drinks and food were all great. Only problem was we wanted to split the check. It was $120 for 9 people which was very good but when they split that to $60 each person they charged $30 to each of them by themselves. We understand they put tip for large groups but 50%?? So meal is $120 and tip is $60? There was an argument to correct this and the gentleman at the register was being so difficult. He told us the system does this and he doesn’t know how to fix it. He was bothered by us trying to make it correct etc. But we didn’t let this to bother us once it was figured out in 15 min or so. We appreciate all the good service and quality food and recommend to everybody

I came here before my 9 hour drive home. I got seated pretty quickly and ordered something new and it was amazing. My server was good too. My only regret is that I accidentally left my leftovers… I almost cried… I feel like the people in the kitchen there are artists because how artful was my meal?

We ate at this location twice this week. Food, service, and atmosphere were wonderful both times. Sarah was our waitress on our last visit. She was fun to talk to and did a wonderful job, as did our waitress on our first visit! Today we had Floridian French toast, Chickichanga, coffee, and a Morning Meditation Juice – even took one to go.

Wonderful experience. Despite how busy the place was, there was no wait for seating, the service was fast, and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend the Million Dollar Bacon, Elote Breakfast Burrito, Strawberry Tres Leches French Toast, and the Honey Caramel Crunch Iced Coffee. Five stars to our server, Sky, for getting me to try pickled red onions!

We came in on a Thursday morning to get breakfast to go. We had to wait to be noticed and one of the staff members coming in the front door saw us and asked how she could help before clocking in, she was very nice and took our orders. She was a team player. It was about a 15 minute wait for 2 omelet meals. The food was good.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 — Great Food, Friendly Service, and Smooth Check-In First Watch is one of my go-to breakfast spots. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent, everything from their omelets to the Million Dollar Bacon is top-notch. The staff is friendly and quick, even when the place is packed.
It does get very busy during peak season, but using their check-in app makes the wait easy to manage. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, and the coffee and fresh juices are the perfect start to any day.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality breakfast or brunch in PCB.

TOP NOTCH breakfast spot. You cant ask for anymore than what they provide. We started with a breakfast appetizer of freshly made pumpkins donut holes and they were so good that we failed to take a picture! The we then got the honey chipotle chicken bowl and the farmhouse hash skillet and they were both spectacular!
