First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. Breakfast here while visiting the area. Discovered First Watch within the last year or two, so now whenever we travel it is one of our staples for breakfast (and sometimes for lunch). Consistently good food and service, never fails. Not inexpensive but not unreasonable. Tried their oatmeal for the first time… very good and felt healthy afterwards.

On our 55 wedding anniversary last week we went to First Watch in Port Orange FL for brunch. We eat here about once a week. Anita was our server and in conversation I mentioned our anniversary. She congratulated us and then went to put in our order. She returned shortly and handed me an envelope. All of the staff had signed the card congratulating us and enclosed was a special gift card!! We were so surprised. As usual, our meals were great! We love our Port Orange First Watch!!

Please please please keep the Chimichurri Steak & Eggs Hash as a regular item instead of seasonal!!! I had it last weekend and I have been craving it ever since. So yum and presentation was on point. Waiters are always kind too!

Came here for a Daddy daughter date and we had a blast. Treated my daughter like royalty. Food was amazing, and came quick and hot. The whole staff were genuine and gracious. Particular shout outs to our server Madison and colleague Shelseay, they were helpful and on point. Madison’s menu suggestions were spot on and delicious!

Had breakfast – biscuit/gravy meal and chimichurri steak hash. The potatoes on my hash were all done (some barely) but the hubs had a few that were still pretty much crunchy…we didn’t feel the need to return the food as he wasn’t going to finish them all anyway. Coffee was tasty and the eggs we both had were excellent. Overall, we had a good experience and will return….we did not waste the potatoes, I took them home and cooked them for dinner!!! Our service was very good and the chimichurri steak meal had great flavor and was prepared well.
