First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. It was our first visit at First Watch, we just moved here recently and have friends visiting! The food was spectacular, we got a mix of the seasonal menu items and other classics from the menu. Everything tasted even better than it looked! Our server Sara H. was so welcoming, warm, and kind! We loved having her, she elevated our experience and we can’t wait to come back!

“I had an amazing experience at the restaurant today, thanks to my incredible waitress, Sara! She went above and beyond to accommodate my request for whipped eggs with only cracked yolks – a win for me! Her pleasant demeanor and top-notch customer service made the whole meal so enjoyable. As a result, she received a $20 tip from me .
The kitchen staff, Mike and Trent, also deserve huge props! They nailed my order, and I’m not surprised since Mike already knows what I want the moment I walk in the door – that’s some next-level service! They earned themselves a nice tip as well.
I can’t say enough good things about this place – the energy is always lively, and the staff are absolute gems. This is my go-to breakfast spot, and I’ll keep coming back for more. Keep up the fantastic work, everyone!”

Awesome meal. Love this place. If you have never been it’s well worth it. The food is excellent, and our service was excellent. I had the chocolate chip pancake…yum. Thank you Sara H for the great service. Never had to ask for anything. She was spot on. Will definitely be back.

Genuinely 10/10 place! The atmosphere is always so inviting and peaceful, and the food is always well worth the price! Great experience. Restaurant was very busy and it didn’t feel like it at the table. Service was great food was prompt and atmosphere was inviting. Seth provided a lot of help with the menu and was very personable while Christina did a great job at the front even though it was hectic.

I love this place and order/ eat here often but this was disappointing. Looks like this was cooked for 2 minutes and thrown into a box. If I have to throw the food in the air fryer because it’s so soggy and not cooked then it’s not worth the money.
