I was very impressed with the service here! I came on a Saturday and figured it would be very busy with a wait time, but they were seating people very swiftly. Billy, one of the managers, was the first person I encountered and he was very accommodating and welcoming! Alexandria (Ally) was very sweet and a great waitress! I didn’t wait long for the food and it tasted so good. Overall, the atmosphere, staff, and food was wonderful! I look forward to going back ❤️

We visited First Watch on Page Road in North Carolina on January 3rd, 2026, while in the area for Cars and Coffee, and had a fantastic experience. Our server, Matthew, was friendly, attentive, and made our visit even more enjoyable.
What We Ordered:
My wife had the Cinnamon Toast Milk, the Trifecta, and a stack of pancakes.
My son enjoyed Kid’s Waffle.
I ordered the Million Dollar Bacon and The Works Omelette.
Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The Cinnamon Toast Milk was delicious treat, and the Million Dollar Bacon lived up to its name!
Overall Experience:
We give this visit 5 stars. The service was excellent, the food was top-notch, and the atmosphere was welcoming. We highly recommend this First Watch location to anyone in the area.

Wow! This location is amazing!! I just called in an order for pick up and spoke with Shawn on the phone!! His customer service is outstanding!! He was very patient with me. (I’m indecisive) He even assisted me in figuring out what to order!!! When I came in the host was very friendly, welcoming and the atmosphere is upbeat and pleasant! I love it here!! If you ever come to eat, ask for SHAWN!!!

I’m very disappointed with my recent order. The packaging was completely wrong — all of the fruit was placed underneath the food containers, so everything spilled out. I can’t even blame the driver for this one because it was clearly a packing issue.
On top of that, I ordered blueberry pancakes and received chocolate chip, and I specifically chose sourdough bread but was sent whole grain instead. The food that did arrive was burnt and just not acceptable for the price or quality expected.
I really hope this gets addressed, because this experience was frustrating and far from the standard of service I’ve come to expect.

I absolutely the vibe is so cute. The service was the best! My waitress was cheyenne and ugh she was just a sweet heart so nice and funny she gave a better all around atmosphere and fast service if you go definitely ask for her. ☺️ 5/5
