We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Monica is the best! She got our food out super fast and was very friendly and accommodating. Even though I already knew what I wanted she offered to answer any questions I had about the menu. She was attentive but didn’t hover. Be sure to ask for her if you want the best experience. The food was as good as the service! I’ll be back soon. Make sure to tip your server!

First Watch is one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. If there’s a location when I travel, that’s going to be my breakfast of choice. Today’s visit was no different. My coffee was hot and delicious. My server, Jordan, was personable and amazing! I mentioned why I don’t like the herb garnishment (in general) so when my meal came out with it on it, she asked if I wanted my meal recooked before I had to ask. I truly appreciated her asking.
This was my first stop from the airport and I look forward to coming back to this location on my next trip to Raleigh.

Food was delicious! I até a Veggie burger and my husband a regular breakfast. All perfect. I missed a little more interaction from the waitress. She brought the food quickly às we asked and never came back to check on us.

We always have a wonderful experience at First Watch, and a big part of that is thanks to Autumn. She consistently offers fantastic service every time we visit. She remembers our drinks and our usual order, customized exactly the way we like it. This makes us feel genuinely valued as customers.
Autumn always greets us with a smile and checks in regularly to make sure everything is perfect. Even when she’s behind the counter, she stays busy and it is clear she has a strong work ethic.

I have done at First Watch at other locations and enjoyed the experience but my food and coffee was definitely sub-par today. My husband and I stopped here for breakfast while visiting from out of town. We were seated right away and the waitress was attentive. My husband had the elevated egg sandwich which he reported was okay. The potatoes were bland. I had the power wrap and I burned my leg from the hot water that poured out of it! It dripped constantly after the initial gush of fluid. The coffee was quite honestly some of the worst I have ever had…bitter, old, and lukewarm. 3.5 stars.

Lindsey blew me away; my partner and I came at a busier time, but she was attentive and kind throughout our entire interaction. I had a question about which drink she would recommend and she was helpful. Food was fast and delicious. The atmosphere made me nostalgic for my past— just hearing the clatter of silverware the battling of voices throughout the room and the beautiful company from across my table. Couldn’t have had a better time.

Stopped by 2/7 for some breakfast. Had the breakfast tacos. They were delicious and the wife had the Farmhouse Hash. She loved it as well. Monica was our server and she did an amazing job. Please ask for her, she will take great care of you.

The food was good. We went on a snow day so it was great that they were even open. I had the biscuit with turkey sausage gravy and the seasonal juice pineapple express. My wife had the traditional breakfast with chicken apple sausage. We both agreed that the food and service was a 10/10.
