We had ours door dashed and it was absolutely delicious. Even after traveling to the next town when we opened the boxes everything looked beautiful and it tasted even better than it looked. We can’t wait to try more options on the menu.

The food was outstanding. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The portions were generous without being overwhelming, and you can really tell they use high-quality ingredients.

I absolutely love this place! Me and my daughters came here for an impromptu brunch date and we loved. It’s so cute and welcoming. You can dress up or feel comfy in PJs. The food was amazing and the drinks were so cute!

I have been to a few First Watch restaurants, but this location was by far the best! We went on Valentine’s Day, and Travis, the general manager, was the nicest general manager of any establishment that we’ve ever met. He made us feel right at home! Incredible customer service!!

At first I felt I was under dressed for this place. But my wife is a little more careful free. We walked inside and it was really nice. The aromas from the kitchen filled the air nicely. Not long we were seated and greeted by out waitress. She was very awesome with a lot of energy. I got a purple haze cold press and my wife got the coffee. Looking at the menu there was a lot of things I want to try. So we will be back. My wife ordered the BLT eggs Benedict and I got the works omelet. Plated up looked really nice. But I thought it would have been more than what it was. Oh I had also ordered the million dollar bacon. That was amazing I left satisfied and not stuffed.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast recently, and from the moment we sat down, it was clear this wasn’t going to be your average morning out. The little things set the tone immediately. Hot coffee arrived at the table in a carafe so we could pour at our own pace, alongside a carafe of ice water with glasses of ice. No flagging anyone down, no waiting. Just thoughtful, anticipatory service from the start.
That service had a name: Kat. Our waitress was, without question, the highlight of the entire experience. Attentive without being overbearing, she had an almost uncanny ability to anticipate our needs before we even realized we had them. Refills, the check, you name it. She was simply on point for the entire meal, and you could tell it wasn’t just professionalism. She genuinely seemed happy to be there and to be taking care of us. That kind of energy is rare and it absolutely elevates a meal.
Now, the food and drinks. My wife started with the Purple Haze, a refreshing blend of lemon, cane sugar, butterfly pea flower tea, and a hint of lavender. It was not overly sweet, with a nice tartness that made it a perfect morning sip. I went with the Barbacoa Breakfast Tacos, three wheat-corn tortillas loaded with seasoned braised beef barbacoa, scrambled cage-free eggs, melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack, lime crema, Cotija cheese, house made Pico de Gallo, fresh avocado, and scallions, and swapped the spiced black beans for hashbrowns. These tacos did not disappoint. The barbacoa was beautifully seasoned, the avocado added a lovely creaminess to every bite, and they did not skimp on fillings. These were packed. The hashbrowns were exactly what hashbrowns should be: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned well throughout. I also ordered a side of the Million Dollar Bacon out of pure curiosity, four slices of hardwood smoked bacon glazed with brown sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and a drizzle of syrup. Sweet up front with a satisfying backend heat from the cayenne. A fun breakfast appetizer to share, though I’d keep it as a bonus rather than replacing an actual side.
My wife ordered the Farmhouse Hash, which came out in a generous portion, so much so that she brought half of it home. The eggs were fluffy and perfectly cooked, and the hash was well seasoned throughout. The one minor hiccup was that the dish appeared to be missing the cheese when it arrived. We mentioned it to Kat, and without a single moment of hesitation or debate, she had a new one brought out and offered a takeout container for the original. No fuss, no pushback, just the right thing done immediately. That kind of responsive, no-nonsense service is surprisingly hard to find these days.
We’re already planning our next visit, and when we go back, we’ll absolutely be asking for Kat.

Super noisy and difficult to talk across the table because of the noise. There are no gluten free designations on the menu, which is crazy to me. They direct you to scan a QR code for “nutritional information” that STILL doesn’t label menu options as gluten free. So not helpful at all. We waited 20 minutes for food, during which time the table next to us was seated, ordered, and served. GF toast was not served and it took so long to get our servers attention that we were basically done eating once it finally arrived. And the restaurant didn’t seem all that busy so I’m not sure why the service was so underwhelming. Not a good experience and I won’t be returning.

Walking into this establishment they offer a cup of water and a cup of coffee with your choice of creamer and additives. That’s a complimentary and yes I am a coffee drinker so that was a big plus to me. While we waited just a short amount of time to be seated. Sitting at the bar our server was very knowledgeable about the menu recommended some of the most delicious food we’ve tried with an at-home Vibe they offer a plethora of seasonal drinks I ordered the Purple Haze my sister ordered a mimosa with a crafted bottle of complimentary water I do recommend the Purple Haze was a wonderful drink also the creamsicle drink. Which I sure their menu will change on a regular basis go check out the First Watch in Fredericksburg Virginia you won’t be disappointed.

First time to First Watch in Fredericksburg! This place fills up FAST so get here early or be prepared to wait a bit. The food was amazing and the service at the bar with Krystina was fabulous! They have a steady menu and a seasonal menu so be sure to look at both. Coffee was AMAZING! Definitely coming back!

This was my first visit. The food and atmosphere were both great! The drinks were also amazing. We originally said we had a 40 minute wait but we ended up not waiting more than 20 minutes.
