Go to a different location. This one was not it.
When our food arrived, several items we ordered were missing, even though we double-checked everything with our waiter beforehand. The food that did come out was cold, and since the missing items were supposed to come with the meals, we ended up eating about half of our food without them. They later brought toast, but it was burnt, so I sent it back and didn’t ask for a replacement. Potatoes weren’t cooked all the way through. This was all just one big mess!
The service itself was very nice, but unfortunately the food quality was not good at this location. Our server was sweet enough to take off a few items which made up for the inconvenience so I appreciate that. I’ve had great experiences at other locations, but this one just missed the mark with food. Definitely won’t be returning to this location.
Edit: the manager reached out on email saying he would send a voucher to make up for the inconvenience but never did.

A very good biscuits and gravy although it could have been served a bit hotter. The hash scramble was outstanding. The service was attentive.
I would pay more if they upgraded to actual fresh half and half for their coffee, instead of those little gas station creamer pods.

This is my go-to brunch! I am a classic girly so I usually go for their classic favorites, but we love the skillet hash and omelettes too! Their french toast is a must try!
Servers are very friendly and attentive, and the vibe is perfect for early or late brunch.

Breakfast was an utter disappointment. The waiter couldn’t be bothered with even the simplest courtesy and rushed through taking orders as if customers were an inconvenience. The omelet I received was a thick, dry roll of eggs with barely half the filling it normally has. Honestly, two fried eggs would have been far better than this sorry excuse for a meal. A complete waste of both money and time—I would never come back here for breakfast.

Loved eating here. The food is delicious and the staff is really nice. I have been to both locations several times and both of those statements have remained consistent. The avacado toast with two fried eggs was really good, loved the flavors. Tried the tres leches French toast with gingerbread crumble, amazing. The millionaire bacon was so good I almost forgot to get a pic before eating it. I definitely recommend.

Came to First Watch to celebrate our 36th wedding anniversary with a great brunch. Our waiter, Eric, truly stood out. His customer-service-forward approach and infectious energy set the tone for the morning. He was incredibly attentive—always a step ahead with a friendly smile, quick with recommendations, and remarkably responsive to our needs. It’s rare to meet someone who can couple professionalism with genuine warmth, and Eric did exactly that. He even took a moment to congratulate us on our milestone with great specialty drinks, which added a heartfelt touch that we’ll remember for years to come. Also, the food was great as always!

I always order the Chimichurri steak & eggs in other location every single time. Today (Thursday noon) I did the same. The store wasn’t busy. Maria offer me “something to drink” knowing that this chain greets customers with coffee. She took my order right away. In the other location it takes 10-15 minutes to get my food. This location took almost 30 minutes. Food was not hot at all. Not saying it was cold either but it was close to being cold. I assume the food was waiting to be drop off at my table. Next week I’ll try the Reston location.

There were a lot of people but as always it’s a great place to eat.
Some of our food took a while to arrive, but once we alerted the manager everything was taken care.
Thank you, First Watch in Chantilly.

NOT FOR COLORED PEOPLE. Came in and sat down at the door, waiting to be seated. A older white couple walked in AFTER us, and the server Immediately grabs menus and begins to seat them. I had to say “Ma’am, we were here first.” She gives me a nasty look and then tells us to follow her. The waitress was helping every table in the restaurant EXCEPT ours. She went to the back and told the manager to come wait on our table. The food was good, the place looks great. But it feels like the colored folks are supposed to eat outside or something. I WILL NOT BE BACK, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO PEOPLE OF COLOR. They don’t want our money.
