First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. Updated review: Another Sunday breakfast, this time a table for 2. Wait time was as quoted and about 30 mins for a Sunday around noon. My husband had the traditional breakfast with over easy eggs, potatoes, ham and sides of grits and 1 biscuit & gravy. This visit the biscuit & gravy was really good! It seems they cut a biscuit in half and toast it and then pour gravy on top and it was quite tasty. Off the new fall menu I had the maple bacon croissant sandwich which is delicious! The combo of sausage and maple with the apricot jam on a buttery croissant is fantastic. Food was excellent this visit thankfully because the service was awful. Once seated we weren’t greeted for 10 minutes. Food took over 1/2 an hour to arrive. Server was very apologetic for both the late greeting and acknowledged it took a really long time for our food. Then she was never to be seen again except in passing. No clearing of plates or glasses and we waited almost 15 minutes after finishing our meal for her to come back to our table. I got the blazing dragon juice drink which was very good and my husband had coffee and OJ but she never brought the water to our table at all. All in all, great food and check was $47 after using free entree promo but sadly the service is hugely lacking in comparison. We will go back for the food but would bring my water bottle in with me next time

Restaurant is bright and clean, servers friendly and efficient. Million Dollar Bloody Mary was a perfect starter! Coffee is good, OJ is really good. My daughter had the chocolate chip pancakes and while the stack is only 2 they are delicious and incredibly filling. I ordered the chickichanga and it was also a generous portion and very tasty! Large chunks of chicken and their seasoned potatoes are a must have! Biscuit with gravy is unimpressive but all the food we ordered arrived swiftly, hot and it was an overall great breakfast. Will definitely return!

A weekend morning; very busy! 40 minutes waiting for a table for three! This was my second time at this restaurant. Their coffee is not strong but delicious. The food was bland and even more tasteless than the last time. Only bacons were delicious. At the end, the server gave us a check with a QR that connects you to a website to pay but it didn’t work again. The hosts and the servers are friendly but prices for the quality of food you are served is a little high.

It was my first visit and I Dined in for breakfast. We arrived at 12:30, and we were asked to wait for 30 minutes which seems about right for brunch time wait. The server Conor was super sweet, professional and helpful. The place looks great! I wish the bar was a little bigger, I didn’t see an open spot the entire time I was there. (I know they cannot make structural changes, it would just be nice to have a larger bar) I tried the salmon frittata, I was pleasantly supposed by how delicious it was ! when my friends Belgium waffle arrived, the server immediately walked away which was odd. He quickly returned with hot syrup for the waffle, we didn’t even have to ask! Attentive service, we will 100% return!

Wonderful new location for our favorite breakfast place. We love our Florida locations and this is a consistent delicious breakfast lunch option wherever you can find them… I love their healthy triathlete as and my husband enjoys their healthier pancakes with the real maple syrup. This new location is beautiful and sparkling clean and friendly. Highly recommend.

Ive been coming to this restaurant for a while since I moved to this area in August and these guys never disappoint! They’ve treated me like family! Staff are amazing always! They always great you with a smile right as you enter at the door, I usually come in by myself or with my son and they are just so warm and welcoming! Place is clean all around. Food is great and the presentation is always great! Everyone works great together! Thanks everyone for working even during the storm!!!

One of the nicest and nicely decorated first Watch and so happy of its location proximity to Skymark and the Reston Town center. It is very welcoming, impeccably clean and quite a pleasant atmosphere. There is ample seating and a gorgeous outside patio as well. I have visited many First Watch in Florida and this one comes a close second to our favorite one located on Little road and 54. Keep up the amazing service, food and atmosphere, bravo ! Thank you John, our great waiter!
