First Watch is an award-winning breakfast, brunch and lunch spot, serving a chef-driven menu of elevated classics and seasonal specialties, always made to order using the freshest ingredients. We greet the sunrise by slicing and juicing fresh fruits and vegetables, whipping French toast batter from scratch and brewing pots of our single-origin Project Sunrise coffee. Freshness is never comprised, which is why we welcome each season into our menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. All year long, you can enjoy craveable favorites like Avocado Toast for breakfast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict for brunch and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes for lunch. I spy with my little eye
recently had brunch at First Watch and really enjoyed the experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Everything tasted great, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming — perfect for a weekend brunch.
The only thing that would make it even better is if the coffee refills were complimentary. That would truly make the experience perfect!
Overall, I highly recommend First Watch for a delicious brunch spot. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere was perfect. Waitstaff was attentive and there’s plenty of options on the menus.
The classic eggs Benedict was perfectly cooked. Right amount of sauce and the eggs poached beautifully.
The thing that got me was instead of them bringing one tea bag, they brought out a selection of teas YOU choose and that makes everything.
Would I come back driving from Emmitsburg Md? Yes yes I would.
Next time, I’ll do a proper food critic review for my YouTube channel.

Each experience at First Watch varies. Today, food was good, service was not. We ordered the lemon blueberry corn bread that never came out. My oatmeal was fine. I had to ask what the muffin was as it isn’t specified, but that’s no big deal as I always double check. When I pointed out that the cornbread never came out, or server didn’t even notice. She then asked if I wanted it to go. I was a waitress and this shouldn’t go unnoticed. Yes, I ordered it to go since at that point, I finished my oatmeal. She did comp my ice tea because we waited. Not something I asked for. When I mentioned that service was an issue when I paid, the cashier there just said sorry and acted like it was no big deal. Yes, after that I did say that the servers should be paying more attention to their tables. It was busy, our server was all over, however the manager or owner who was walking around went to tables around us but never us. I appreciate the good food, I just don’t appreciate the customer service.

The food here is EXCELLENT, with a standing menu plus a rotational drink and food menu that keeps things fresh. Lots of options to keep a big family and picky eaters happy. Can be a little noisy when it’s busy, recommend asking for a booth in the back if it’s available.

Our server Tamika was UHMAZIN’ with her show of warmth, kindness, and attentiveness! We got jealous when we noticed that she treated all of her tables that way! The food was superb also, right along with our 5-STAR server!!

To start with, staff isn’t welcoming. The host seemed unpleasant and not presentable. When their app showed wait time is 5minutes ,the host said wait time is another 30minutes.
More concerning was the condition of the utensils and glasses. They had a strong raw egg smell. When we asked for replacements, the new ones unfortunately had the same smell. This completely ruined the meal and even made us feel nauseous.
For vegetarians, this was particularly unpleasant. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place unless they improve hygiene and service standards.

The food was really good. The million dollar bacon was amazing. The kids pancakes are bigger than my daughter’s head! They also have gluten free options – my son got the gluten free French toast and loved it! The waitress was attentive and was great about all the accommodations for allergies that we have. Food came out quickly. But, the wait is always long, especially for parties of 4 or greater; therefore, use the online check in so that you don’t have to wait in the entry way for too long. They send you a text when your table is ready; so we waited in the car to keep our kids entertained easily.

I walked in unsure of how the experience would be because all my First Watch experiences have been in Florida. The dining room is nicely appointed and the chairs at the dining tables were very comfortable. Sometimes you can sit in a hard chair and spend the entire meal thinking about the chair you’re in instead of the meal. Rachael was patient as I hadn’t been to the restaurant in a very long time and was unsure if I should try something new. My Kale Tonic was very good! I contemplated a second but actually enjoyed the water service which was surprising to both myself and my husband. My pick two was perfect and the portion of the chicken pecan salad was wonderful. It was hands down the best rendition of the roast beef and havarti sandwich I’ve had from First Watch and it’s always been my favorite item on the menu. I can’t wait to come back as this experience has certainly taken the cake. I had to tell the manager and I appreciate Nina coming over to talk with me as the restaurant was very busy. I’m sure during most restaurant visits people only call the manager over to complain but this was exceptional service and everyone down to the chefs deserve to know they’re doing a great job!! Thank you deeply. Also no time for pictures, I literally cleared the plate.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. I know it’s getting pretty crowded, that’s why we came early. The food was really good, we ordered pancakes with smoked bacon, eggs Benedict with wild salmon and avocado toasts. Everything was perfectly cooked and the flavors were incredibly well-balanced. Our waitress Tomeika was incredible. If she is your waitress you’re lucky very attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations. This place exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back!

Decided to meet for Galentine’s brunch with my friends! The place was super cozy and buzzing, as usual. They had tons of yummy food options and everything was delicious… except maybe the avocado toast, I think I nail that one better at home! But the coffee was spot-on, and those sunny-side-up eggs? Seriously . The service was fantastic too. I believe everyone knows it’s the brunch spot to be! And I definitely recommend it.
