Stopped by First Watch in Aldie for lunch on a weekday and it was a smooth experience overall. There were plenty of open tables, which made it easy to sit down right away, and parking in the shopping center was simple. Service was friendly and attentive without hovering. The food was okay, consistent with what First Watch is known for, fresh ingredients and lighter daytime options like sandwiches, salads, and brunch-style plates. Drinks were solid too, especially if you’re into their fresh juices or coffee. It’s a reliable daytime spot if you want something casual and clean without feeling rushed.

I visited First Watch recently and ordered their Chimichurri Steak and Egg Hash, as well as their Floridian French Toast. Both dishes were good, tasty but nothing over the top or special. Both portions were a decent amount for sharing between two people, which is what we did. The staff were prompt, but could be a tad bit more inviting and friendlier. The atmosphere seemed clean. Overall, a good experience. Thank you

This restaurant is a hidden gem. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the presentation of the dishes to the exceptional service. Every dish exceeded our expectations. The fresh, high-quality ingredients made all the difference. I can’t wait to return!

I’ve never been let down at this First Watch. Caitlin was a fantastic server; very friendly, attentive, and personable.
My usuals are the trifecta or the breakfast burrito, but today I tried the seasonal Chimichuri Steak and Eggs. Wow! That was wonderful. It was so good, I ate over half of it before I realized there was a bottle of Cholula sauce right there, making the final third even better. Great coffee and the Pineapple Express juice was delicious.

One of our go to options for breakfast or lunch! Servers are accommodating and efficient, food is great, can’t ask for more. Love the seasonal options (lemon blueberry cornbread is one of our favorites) and portions are guaranteed to keep you full and happy.

The workers are amazing. Super polite and attentive. However these portions sizes are criminal. If I am paying $6 for a drink it shouldn’t be half the size of my hand. Also why is 10 pieces of fries $5? Probably won’t be coming to this location because of this.

This is a super stop if you are heading to the Hazy Science Center. Traveling from central DC this First Watch location is about 5 minutes past the Science Center.

Our wait time on a Sunday morning was 15 minutes – super easy in the waiting area where there are some random kid’s toys too (in case you came unprepared).

The Bacon is so worth it — the sugar, the calories, the pork – it’s worth it all. My Classic Benedict was disappointingly bland. The pancakes and french toast (there were four of us, I didn’t eat it all myself!) were very strong.

Coffee? Excellent. Juice? Not fresh squeezed, but fine with pulp.
Service was terrific.

Good place, good service. Menu has various options which is nice. Food designed to be good but actual food could be better. I got eggs Benedict BLT with and my potatoes, and potatoes was burned. You can see on the photo like there are only a few burned potatoes but they all taste like burned.
What about atmosphere, it’s kinda loud still okay to talk with someone.

I can recommend this place.
Also good for visit with family.

My meal was supposed to come with a salad according to the menu. I asked for the salad and was charged extra for it. No dressing on greens that were going bad!
