My friend and I arrived around 11:15AM and we were greeted promptly and seated at an open table. However, a server didn’t arrive to take our order for 20 minutes after we were seated. No big deal, since my friend and I who works for channel 10 NBC news, was engaging in a deep and meaningful conversation. Though, this is how situations like this can get out of hand. Now, after our order was taken and the food arrived, there was a 2×2 inch sticker that was cooked into the potatoes of my classic breakfast. Since the meeting was arranged by my friend, he was disgusted about what had transpired and immediately ran to get the manager. To be honest, I wouldn’t have said anything since I’ve seen the movie Waiting in the past. Things happen, and everyone makes mistakes. I’ve been in the service industry before when I was younger and I understand bad days can occur. What prompted me to write to you is that I feel that the manager really didn’t care that a dirty sticker was found in my cooked food. If so, he wouldn’t have charged us for the meal that was only 40% eaten between the both of us, and shown more empathy during our conversation at the register. If I was a known VIP, he probably would have been more attentive. Sorry to say, I feel compelled to post my experience online and I probably will not visit another First Watch again. See a photo of the sticker on photos.

Beware of limited parking in their tiny lot (during peak times), we parked in the lot of the shopping center across the street. I was greeted by a very friendly host. Our waiter wasn’t the most attentive, and some aspects of my order weren’t right. Also, the potatoes weren’t fully cooked and the ciabatta toast, with butter, salt, and pepper was inedibly salty. The fritatta with salmon and coffee were good.

What a great experience! My partner and I went here over the weekend and was very pleased. The restaurant was cute and we liked the decor. Eli was our server and he was great! He anticipated the little things we didnʻt even know we needed. What a sweet guy with really good recommendations. And the food, was *chefs kiss* very good! We will absolutely be back and hopefully get Eli as as our server again!

Went to the First Watch on Trooper Road in Audubon my waitress Alexandra, was most awesome. She was very patient, kind and attentive. Her personality was outstanding, and her service was outstanding. She thought before I even asked. LOL Go, Alexandra. She’s a keeper!!!

Always love this place. Love their seasonal menu too, today we got the caramel crunch cinnamon roll that is swimming in caramel sauce and 2 entrees from their fall menu I personally do not recommend the brisket entree from their fall menu. We had it and it mostly had potatoes, and there’s barely even a brisket (if you can find it). I would personally not reorder that dish. Drinks are good and refreshing.

Waited 20 minutes and no waiter arrived at my table. We had to flag a waiter down and he was flustered, didn’t apologize, and instead of taking our order, rushed off muttering something about finding our waitstaff. Staff purposely walked by avoiding eye contact the entire time. There was plenty of staff on hand so there should not have been an issue. Save yourself the hassle of a cramped location with no parking and visit the location in Newtown Square where they are warm, welcoming, and attentive.
