This was the best brunch I have had in the area and the best service!! Our server (Juan) was absolutely amazing and so kind. We loved all of our food! The coffee was good and sweet. The place is also very nicely decorated! Will definitely be coming back!

Everything was good, the portions were good, I think they put 2 avocados on my avocado toast. The decorations were unique. It was fairly loud but we were t at rush hour, to be expected but I think layout had to do a little with how the sound traveled. Everyone was nice when we got there and asked us how we were doing a few times. Only complaint was that my friend’s waffle was brought out way sooner than my food and they ended up finishing half their meal before I started mine. But it’s alright food was yummy!

Juan Rico was our waiter and he was awesome! We came in for breakfast and we were seated in a nice booth. Juan immediately served us coffee and water. He gave us a few suggestions and a few minutes to choose our breakfast. The food was fresh and delicious. We were staying at the Hilton and there restaurant was closed. I’m so glad the restaurant was closed so we were able to go to first watch. If we ever get back in that area cannot wait to back to First Watch. I would highly recommend going to First Watch and asking for Juan, you will not be disappointed.

I placed an order for pickup that was supposed to be ready at 10:38. I arrived at 10:44 and my food still wasn’t ready. While I was waiting, I noticed the hostess (the plus size white woman) being very bubbly and friendly to white customers, greeting them right away and making them feel welcomed. Meanwhile, she never once acknowledged me. Another couple came in after me, and again, she was warm and gracious to them but completely ignored me. I finally had to speak up and say, “Excuse me, I’m waiting to pick up an order.” Even circled my face with my hand wondering if I was invisible today.

Only then did she go check, making an excuse about how the servers usually bring orders up, which felt dismissive. About 5–6 minutes later, she brought my food out and mispronounced my name — even though I had just told her the correct pronunciation. She didn’t bother to correct herself.

By the time I got my food, it was 10:50, well past the promised time. to make things worse, my order was wrong. I specifically asked for over medium eggs, but they came over easy.

As a local resident who lives just two minutes away, this location is very convenient for me, but the way I was treated compared to the white customers was unacceptable. I will not be returning or giving them my business again.

A fun hipster vibe breakfast place with seasonal dishes and drinks. We wandered over from the Hilton Garden Inn while we were in town for a wedding, and we were delighted. Highly recommended!

It was pretty crowded on when I went on Friday! But the wait time was not too long to get the food. I got the NEW Tropical Sunrise Juice and the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. Both were exceptionally amazing! Also, the prices were not that bad considering what the portion sizes were. The 2 pancakes were large, heavy, and were satiating.

I never have time to review unless its a complaint. But! This particular First Watch was the best ever. I’ve been to several and the food is always fresh and edible. This place, OMG! The food was so tasteful. Whoever is in that kitchen is doing a great job. The grits tasted like down South! I might be pushing it by saying the food reminded me of New Orleans, just a little. The food was amazing! Shout out to the cooks!

We went here for a late breakfast on a holiday. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and had no problem finding choices on this menu. Our server was excellent and the food was good with generous portions for the price.

What a great restaurant! The name threw me off but the food will keep me going back!
We went around 10:00 am on a Tuesday, server was Luis, a nice guy and efficiently good!
The coffee price threw me off a bit-$3.50, but you het a small pot and refills and the coffee is really good.
My friend got the avocado toast on gluten free bread and loved it. My frittata rustica was very delicious too.
Definitely a place worth going to!!

Had a really unfortunate experience with this First Watch. Found a very large moth in our salad (see photos).

All four of us felt like the salads tasted off and were really gross from the start, but we all kinda forced it down to get some greens. Happened to find this guy marinating in our salad toward the end which made a lot of sense.

Once I brought it to the waiters attention, she took the plate away and came back and had given me a 50% discount, only on that dish even though we had 4 salads. 50% off one dish with a giant moth in it was more of a slap in the face than anything.

We had to talk to the host at check out to get the one item’s full cost removed. No other discounts. It’s not about the money but we all left feeling ill and had not been given proper consolation or compensation.

In addition, neither the host and waiter were polite or friendly. Did not kick our day off to a good start.

Quality control is important and is something that this restaurant lacks.

Would not go back or recommend.
