I ordered chicken wings and fries I saw they had wings already cooked sitting out I asked for fresh wings to be cooked, the lady had an attitude I wanted the food freshly cooked. I stood watching her to make sure she was doing as I asked she kept telling me to sit down so I could not see what she was doing. After she put fresh wings in the oil I sat down because I have trouble standing. When I got the wings and looked at them they were not freshly cooked, they were old. I will not eat there again when you cannot respect the wishes of a paying customer that shows me you have no integrity and will serve anything to your customers

Fried rice and lo Mein were awesome as always. What happened with the fried dumplings they aren’t what they used to be was expecting the fried pork dumplings and instead got pretty much flavorless chicken pot stickers 🙁

So many Chinese restaurants in the US are pretty much the same but First China is a step above the rest. I’ve had the shrimp lo mein, chicken broccoli and house mei fun several times. The portions are large and everything has always been prepared so nicely.
