I am a frequent visitor and Gayle at the Fireside Bar is super friendly and always greets me by name with a smile. She is usually working alone and it gets very busy but she delivers fast, friendly service no matter how busy she is. She is one of the hardest working employees I know and I look forward to seeing her on my visits.

Nicki is the best bartender and server around. Nicki is always kind and very efficient at providing the best experience possible when we are there. Nicki always make sure our food is prepared as we request it, we get our requested sides, we have the utensils we need, the drinks we want and most importantly, she makes sure that if we had an extra long wait or the food wasn’t prepared to our liking, we end up getting what we want and we are compensated for our wait times. Nicki can be the only staff at the bar and dining area, yet we know that she is gonna work as fast as she can to get everyone taken care of and taken care of with a smile.

Gayle was our waitress and she was great, but she needs help. She is having to wait on tables, take care of customers, bring food out to customers and tend bar. Plus then finish with customers bills. She does great, but she should have someone helping her.

My husband and I have eaten here several times. The food is decent and most of the servers are good, especially Gayle. She can take care of the bar and food orders and do so with a smile on her face.

Mir the busser was absolutely amazing!!! He ensured our food came out and that our order was correct, he refilled our drinks, he was friendly, kept a smile on his face the entire time, and was constantly busy and ensuring everyone was taken care of! He was outstanding!
