We ate at Fireside both nights we stayed at the hotel. I got the half chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was amazing! So good we ate at Fireside the next night and I ordered it again. Everyone at the table including 3 young kids thought the chicken was moist and so delicious. Highly recommend!! Service was great and attentive.

We made a reservation at this restaurant and were truly impressed. The food was delicious, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent. They also have a very special touch: they sing Happy Birthday in a cute wolf-style, making the moment even more memorable.
We highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely return.

Awful experience at Great Wolf Lodge Naples.

We had a reservation at the Fireside Restaurant and I personally went to the front desk to change it to 7:00 PM. I was clearly told that the reservation had been updated.

When we arrived at 7:10 PM, we were told the reservation was cancelled. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the staff repeatedly questioned me about who made the change and insisted it was “impossible,” implying that I was lying. The tone was dismissive and accusatory.

To make things worse, one of the staff members was making faces and talking about us as if we were not standing right there. It was extremely rude, unprofessional, and humiliating.

We felt insulted and completely disrespected. This was not the level of service we expected, especially at a family-oriented resort. A very disappointing experience.

Food was terrible the night before but limited options in this hotel

First and foremost, it was clear from the start that the staff wasn’t ready to deal with customers. The restaurant was nearly empty when we arrived, yet we were seated at the most uncomfortable table in the back — hard wooden chairs and a stiff table — while every other booth and cushioned chair sat empty. Why seat us there?

To make matters worse, both my daughter and I nearly slipped and fell — the floors were dangerously slick, as if they’d been coated in baby oil. I even have a video showing how slippery it was. The manager saw us slipping and said absolutely nothing.

Eventually, we requested to move tables. Then came the long wait — despite the place being almost empty, the food took forever to arrive. When it finally did, it was barely warm. My Chicken Alfredo was bland, and the chicken tasted like it came straight out of a pre-packaged frozen meal — absolutely nothing fresh about it. My father ended up with severe stomach issues after eating it — possibly from expired sauce or spoiled ingredients. Completely unacceptable.

I also ordered wings (which cost $20) and asked specifically for all flats since my 4-year-old daughter only eats flats. I was told it comes mixed (half and half), and I agreed — assuming we’d at least get 5 flats. The wings came out with only two flats, the rest were all overcooked drums. My daughter barely ate anything.

When I brought it up, the waitress said there was nothing she could do, that it’s “up to the kitchen.” Then why mislead me in the first place?

Overall, I paid $180 for a meal that gave my father food poisoning, my child nothing to eat, and nearly caused us both to fall on a dangerously slippery floor. Absolutely disgraceful. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone and will never be returning.

The service was the worst part. Hostesses were super nice, but the whole restaurant is unorganized. Its a mess. The waitress was nowhere to be found once they sat us down. Noone around to take our order. The bar was extremely delayed. Overall extremely bad timing for service. I will not come back again. First and last time.

That restaurant looks so good! My dad and I had mozzarella sticks and burgers together! This restaurant is not bad. Especially they have friendly employees to take care of the orders we did.

Food was honestly gross in our opinion. The mac & cheese was Grainy/gritty. Nachos were dry. Cheese sticks tasted store-bought. Not worth the price tag. Their pizza and fries in the main room were better.

Great restaurant inside Great wolf Lodge. Make reservations if possible or have a big party. I had Caesar salad but subbed salmon. Was excellent!
