Came here looking for some good, local Jamaican food. I’ll start off by saying the portions are definitely plentiful. The brown stew chicken plate I got turned into two meals, it was so heavy. The rice & peas were a little dry, but the brown stew gravy made up for that. The cabbage was actually really good, and I pretty much always like to switch it out for another side. I’d come back if in the area, but I wish they did jerk pork.

Food is authentic, restaurant is clean, staff is friendly.
My brother and I stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat and take home. I’ll be coming by more frequently. This was my first, my brother brought me because he had been talking about this place for weeks and wouldn’t stop….LOL! and I live in SandySprings, Georgia. ♥️
The photo of food is a jerk chicken plate.

Normally, I don’t buy chicken soup from Jamaican restaurants because I have so many experiences. The soup smells raw because the chicken isn’t properly look after I buy the soup but when I pull up at work and I tasted soup, believe me I don’t even use a spoon anymore. I put that large soup up my
head and I never smell anything in the soup as to know that it was chicken. The soup was on point 100% people super lovers. go check it out if you go there and you have a bad experience. I don’t own the restaurant I promise you I’ll pay you back your money number one Jamaican restaurant in the United States of America.

Oxtails are the skinniest end part of the tail lol all fat and cartilage. Rice is hard and gravy is sweet. Plantains are stale… 2 plates were $40 no drinks included

My favorite Jamaican spot on the east side! They always hook me up with plentiful portion and I like to get gravy on my rice. Definitely my go to spot.

Food reminds me of Jamaica. Generous portions – a medium can stretch for 2 days. I tried the curry goat and curry chicken. Delicious. I had no problem with wait time. The restaurant is very clean. Will continue to support this place.

My first time going to this restaurant or location I ordered curry goat when I received my plate A strong sour odor was coming from the plate. I also had cabbage so we assumed that maybe that was The scent from the cabbage, but that was not the case it smelt like the food had been sitting out at least for a day and a half so when we got back home from a long day of running errands, we didn’t eat right away maybe an hour or two later we opened the plate started sharing out the goat, and we realize they were maggots. All in the curry goat came to a realization after taking several bites the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my life. I can’t believe I ate maggots fireside ought to be shut down until health inspector states otherwise I would never in my life or return back to any of Restaurants.

The food was horrible. The oxtail was tough, you need dog teeth to eat them. The cabbage is hard and the rice and peas is burnt. They didn’t but my plantain on either plate. I spend a $100 with delivery. I order 2 plates. I called back to restaurant to speak to a supervisor and was stated no manager on duty.

I haven’t eaten at this place in years, and when I tell you this food was totally different I mean, it was NASTY! I ordered the medium jerk chicken meal. First, no cabbage. Okay not problem, that’s cool. However, the chicken was dry and bland. Jerk chicken doesn’t have to be spicy, but it gave nothing but “chicken”. The rice was “okay”, I think the oxtail gravy saved it tbh, but those plantains??? Omg I have NEVER had nasty plantains! When I say nasty, I stopped chewy mid chew. They were hard, as if they were raw and uncooked, and they tasted just as bland as the chicken. A waste of 16 bucks. Never again.
