There is a QR code by the entrance wherein you can register for reservation. Reservation is a must or you will wait a long time (attached in my photos is the QR code) . There care specials / seasonal menu and drinks, so always check them out. Food is meh. Let’s be honest, you’re eating here because of the kids and you don’t want to go outside. The cornbread is actually good. The steak is not bad as well – again not michelin star caliber or so, but decent taste wise. Was it worth $43? Absolutely not but that’s how it is. Definitely kid friendly though, nice decor and ambiance. The chicken tenders from the platter was not good, ribs mediocre and the corn tastes weird. When staying at Great Wolf Lodge, you can eat here for 1 night just to try it out and that’s it. You probably get more bang for the buck by eating at Hard Rock café next door, a short walk, if you have kiddos bring a stroller.

I’m not sure why the negative reviews. We went last night and had a great time. Michele was our server and she went above and beyond to make our night memorable and enjoyable. She entertained my son with his many jokes amd she kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted.
The ambiance is nice, and comfortable.
My son had the Steak Frites and I had the Salmon. Everything was cooked well and had flavor. The cheese pull on the mozzarella sticks was insane.
My only critiques: The rice pilaf was wet and not pillowy. It was different but I wasn’t mad at it it was very flavorful.
And they put parsley over the fries… maybe skip that for the kids lol.
We ordered the s’mores dessert to-go. Double check that they toasted the marshmallow before you leave. They didn’t but Michele fixed that real quick! It is large and shareable – not my favorite brownie but mixed with the fudge and marshmallow it was fine.
In all – it was a great experience! Some people beside more ordered some bowl dishes that looked amazing and they finished it all … not sure why the negative reviews on flavor. I was pleasantly surprised.

Nikita really set the tone from the start. Made a reservation for 815. Showed up 5min early. Stated that even though the table was ready we needed to wait until the reservation time. So we waited the 5min. Only to be told to wait another 15 so they could clean the table. Michelle our waitress was good. No complaints there. Mixed drinks from the bar… I’ll leave it as horrible, needs retraining. Both burgers ordered as medium rare. Both came out well done. By this time it’s already been a long day and kids were done. I stopped complaining. I would not return to this place. Mostly because of Nikitas rudeness. I can overlook other things but not general hospitality. The 1 star is because of her.

Let’s just say the salmon wasn’t the only hot thing on my plate this evening
The open kitchen feels a little unfair, because the chef is distractingly handsome . Chef steve should had been the main entrée tonight he was friendly and welcoming good looking and tattooed give that man employee of the year ❤️ . The food was good also and my server Jen was amazing service was impeccable. Wonderful personality made us feel welcomed. Can’t wait to go back.

Our family had a great experience for dinner with Mark as our waiter. The drinks were awesome and the salmon dish was the best meal I’ve had in a while. The food came out fast which was nice as we had a two year old with us. Highly recommend!

Our family had an exceptionally bad dining experience here. The restaurant was mostly empty, but service was very slow, taking nearly an hour before our order was taken. The meals were delivered over a 20 minute period, with two of them being stone cold. I would recommend avoiding this.

My wife and I were almost convinced we had COVID because we couldn’t taste anything! I wish we looked at the reviews before sitting at this place. The reviews dont lie! It’s terrible here. I wish I could get my $250 back. Literally the only thing that was good here was the jalapeño poppers. Next time I stay at the great wolf lodge I may just order those. The Mac and cheese was a absolute joke. And the roasted chicken dish tasted like legit air. Thank God it’s served with a roasted lemon because we had to squeeze that thing for ALL OF IT’S JUICES to even have the pleasure of giving our taste buds some action.
Special shout out to Cori with a “C”. Watching you walk in circles while looking at your note pad for a whole hour, and not getting us a single refill on our drinks while my wife was choking on the non existent flavored and dry chicken truly fueled the need for this negative review. I hope your manager sees this and you get talked to.

We usually have a hard time with food due to unique allergies (like tapioca). Chef Andrew went well above and beyond for two nights in a row making dinners that were safe and delicious for my family. Vastly overpriced and mediocre food. At least the decor was somewhat nice to look at. Had to ask for simple things (kids drink) multiple times. Save yourself the hassle and money and just go over to Foxwoods (short 3 min walk across the parking lot).
