Highly rating from a vegetarian’s perspective. Found this place while looking for dinner on my way to Yosemite from Bay Area. Very good vegetarian options and they could even make most of their menu items vegetarian. Fried ravioli and pasta primavera were amazing.

First time dining here, we had reservations for 1:00 and we were seated at early arrival. The interior decorations look like an Italian villa and was tastefully decorated. All of the tables were filled with customers and within the two hours we dined there wasn’t an empty table. There are a lot of choices on the menu, chicken , seafood, lamb, steak and different pastas and ravioli. A nice variety of Italian appetizers also. The homemade rolls were very good and served with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, butter and the server asked if we would like chopped garlic. (Yum). The small salad was big enough for sharing, the shrimp pasta in vodka cream sauce was a large portion as well as the shrimp pasta pomodoro and spinach salad entree. The server was very friendly and attentive given the busy dining room. A little noisy due to all the conversations and the interior having staggered rooms, but definitely will be dining here again. We travel 35 minutes from home and it it is worth it!

We were traveling through and looking for a nicer place to eat. Nicely done, we didn’t have reservations so we ended up in the bar although the place wasn’t busy at all around dinner time, it looked like a mostly local crowd. I got their signature dish, rolled chicken with blue cheese and it was good but the mashed potatoes were better, the grilled vegetables good also.

Just had the best mid-day dinner date st Firenze Ristorante in Oakdale. The tomato & sausage Penne dish, paired with a large house salad made the perfect pairing for sharing. Ourselves, Jordan, was wonderful. Can’t wait to go back with Harper soon. And this time we’ll be sure to save room for dessert.

This place is amazing! The food is spectacular and has flavors that are spot on! Their house bread is delicious and they also offer fresh garlic with it. I ordered Chicken Fettuccine with Alfredo sauce. I loved it! For my beverage, I had a Diet Pepsi. I also had their complementary water. The service here is really good. There were a lot of us in our group.

Definitely 6/5 stars. 1st time dining here. Stopped by after our trip to Yosemite. Best Italian food we’ve ever had. Jared was our over attentive server for the night and he was simply amazing along with all the others servers who also stopped by constantly to check in. I had a spicy cowboy martini and it was just a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. Dinner was as fresh as it could be and portions were gigantic. Enjoyed every bite and had lots of leftovers as well.

For my main course, I tried the Gnocchi Gorgonzola Chicken. The portion size was generous, and everything was cooked decently. The chicken was tender, and the creamy Gorgonzola sauce wasn’t runny, which can sometimes be a problem. However, the peas were a bit undercooked for my taste.
The true star of the night, though, was the tiramisu. It was light and flavorful, a perfect ending to the meal.
The service was attentive throughout the evening. Our server checked in on us regularly and kept our water glasses full.
Overall, Firenze is a decent spot for a casual Italian meal closer to Yosemite. The food is good, with some room for improvement, but the portions are large and the service is friendly. Came here for my dad’s birthday, there were 8 of us and they set up a table for us. Warm bread with olive oil and vinegar, garlic optional. We had rolled chicken and gnocchi gorgonzolla chicken, food was delicious. Others at our table had pesto chicken sandwich, fish-n-chips, margherita pizza, spaghetti and meatballs. Everyone enjoyed their meal, fish was lightly battered. Pizza was a little disappointing but overall it was an enjoyable birthday meal. Prices were a bit on the high side. They even brought ice cream and sang happy birthday to the guest of honor.

I am not from Oakdale but I called Firenze from out of town with a special request. My friends had just lost their mother and I wanted to do something special for them. I asked the good people of Firenze to please deliver some food and flowers to our dear friends who were in grief. I was so impressed by the care and concern they took to help out, especially after being turned down by another restaurant in the area – Bistro 120 (they could have cared less). But, nothing was too much for Firenze from cooking fresh Italian fare to getting a beautiful bouquet of flowers and delivering it all with a sense of flare. Roger was a standout and if I am ever in the area and want a taste of home and family, Firenze will be my go to! THANK YOU ROGER AND THE TEAM AT FIRENZE!!! YOU ARE THE BEST! Ciao Bella!
