Staff were polite and friendly, food wasn’t horrible. The wait for the food was less than 15 minutes. Downside, every drink was sugar-free. They were out of every normal soda. The food served looked nothing like the menu item.

So, you can’t put mayonnaise on half a sub, and oil and vinegar on the other half? You say that’s too complicated for you. Then you complain, while making the sandwich, telling how your supposed to make the whole sandwich the same and then cut it in half because it’s a lot easier for you to put the same condiment on the whole sub?Realy? So then you put the condiments in a container on the side, and day to put it on ourself? You treat your patrons like crap, OK! See you again, NEVER!

We absolutely love the sandwiches there, and have had them often. Today I happened to be on the phone with my boyfriend ad he ordered, and heard every word. The subs were dropped off at home, and mine had no cheese on it, even though it should have. I called thr store and was told there was nothing they can do without us bringing the sandwich back in, which was not something i am physically able to do. Super annoying, when it was their mistake. No coupons or credits offered.

First of all the food was fine. Have never had bad food at a firehouse. Got there at 8:39, they close at 9. Employees had already cleaned up the lobby area and stacked all the chair up to keep people from sitting. Took about 15 minutes to make our sandwiches and they put them in a to go bag and implied that we were to leave. Sat and ate quick anyway because we were driving. Overhead from the back room that people cannot be in there after 9. Was out the door at 9:03. They just really did not want to be there.

Ordered online and was told online that order would be ready at 12:29 pm. We had 5 sandwiches that we ordered online so understand it might take some time but had to wait 30 mins after the pick up time of 12:29 pm to get our sandwiches. Love the sandwiches but that is too long to wait, especially over the lunch hour! This has happened several times with having to wait. Staff were friendly despite the wait time, just feel like someone needs to know because that’s not right for employees or customers!
