I love firehouse subs but this location was a huge disappointment. When i walked in i was greeted rather gruffly. I was hanging back, not in line yet, looking at the menu. I was aggressively asked if I was ready. ( no one else was in line) I made my order and just wanted the sandwich. I was repeatedly asked if I wanted a combo, each time I replied no. Once I completed my order and was about to pay, i asked about the ems/military discount. I was rudely answered with “its just 3%!” (In the past when ive inquired about the appreciation for service discount, I was informed it was a free drink.) She didn’t add the 3% and overall was beyond rude in her behavior and responses. My order was togo, and to compound the level of frustration, when i got home and opened my food, my sandwiches did not have the toppings I requested. I have been to many firehouse subs and have had great service. Ive even been to this location before and had good service. This experience was an unexpected disappointment.

Placed a large group order of 20 plus subs. Every sub was correct. Without asking the owner took them time to review the order with me just to make sure. That was fantastic, especially since they were working with other customers as well. Highly Recommend!!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience here was so ridiculous I had to say something. First off, how are you a restaurant and you lock the bathrooms? I’m not talking about “ask for a code” like a normal place. No this location literally keeps the bathrooms locked like Fort Knox, as if customers haven’t just paid real money to eat there. I had to go hunt down an employee just to wash my hands. Absolutely insane.

And it only went downhill from there. The service was slow, no one seemed to care about the customers, and the place didn’t feel clean at all which is even worse considering you can’t even get into the bathroom without begging someone. The sandwich was mid and honestly tasted like it had been sitting there waiting for someone unlucky enough to order it.

Between the locked bathrooms, the attitude, and the sad excuse for a sub, this was one of the worst fast-casual experiences I’ve ever had. Save your money, save your time, and go literally anywhere else!!!!!

this is the second time I have been in this store to purchase a sandwich while dining in and the workers do not wear gloves as they are handling food. Today, one of the workers and older lady was shredding, lettuce and bagging the lettuce without gloves. another lady was moving a refrigerator type machine then she handled the lettuce that’s a problem and that’s how people get sick.

Bathrooms are always blocked and told they are closed, no napkins or anything else available, they run this place so cheaply that they are sacrificing the quality of the product and experience. When you ask about even what size a sandwich is they don’t even know and just say small is small, med is med so on. Tea and others are always empty so have to request it from the lady that runs it. It’s obvious firehouse subs needs to do better at regulating who is able to buy their franchises to avoid overly cheap owners that make the brand look poorly. They don’t even give you a pickle with your sandwich.

We are traveling from NJ back to FL. I eat gluten free and have been wanting to try the GF roll available here. I opted for the Steak & cheese with lettuce and tomato the Chili cup and a drink. Omg this gluten free roll is to die for. It is not dry and did not fall apart on me. It’s been hard trying to find places to eat on the road and this is the first stop I am pleasantly surprised with. Amazing food and service.

I have been going here for years. Today was my worst experience ever. I waited for 35 minutes for my food. Two other customers were served before me and I placed my order before them. Ordered 3 subs and only one sub was exactly as I ordered. Not happy

07/03/25- Trash. Now I remember why it’s been 5 or more years since I’ve been here. Although I LOVE cornbeef and pastrami, this is the worst, AGAIN. Literally $20 for a sandwich my grandkids could have made 100% better. And to add insult the extremely wilted pickle. I’ll keep driving to Publix or fly to Egypt for that matter, in order to recieve a better sub. Never recommended by me!

$19 sandwich that wasn’t worth half that. Huge portions of the sandwich had no meat at all. When I asked how they could serve something so poor they said they could remake it…. JUST MAKE THEM BETTER TO START AND YOU WONT HAVE TO REMAKE FOOD ALL THE TIME!!! Customer service and experience are few and far between these days. This one is not it for sure.
