Nice establishment here. I am a First Responder myself so I support. Great eats here – ample menu choices. Great flavor. Loving the Coke Machine option. Reasonable portions. Great lunch choice. The only issue was I couldn’t use a giftcard when trying to order ahead using both the app and website.

Got the Hook and ladder sub. Luckily I was using a BOGO reward otherwise the 10.00 for a sub that hardly has any meat. The meat that’s on it reminds me of Budding meat very thin and processed. Also, dirty tables and it’s not busy, broken equipment and clutter in the back of the dining room. I see that it is a franchise and I’m sure not franchisees are like this.

I was pleasantly surprised ordered similar sandwich to club supreme at Jersey Mike’s, in comparison I believe Firehouse engridents taste better but jersey Mike’s has better bread and for that reason I will give them both an 8 out of 10 but will have to try a different bread next time I go to Firehouse and then give a new update on my scoring.
