This is absolutely the worst steak and cheese sandwich I’ve ever had. I understand that the food never looks like the picture, but the sandwich looks like it was only bread….and that’s not far off.
Both ends of the sandwich had no toppings. And the area that had toppings was thin enough it didn’t even cover the bread completely. There wasn’t enough meat to actually cover the sandwich if it was spread out paper thin.
There was more sauce than meat. Very poor performance. What an embarrassment for a sandwich shop to put something like this out to their customers.

My brother ordered a pickup from this location and sent me to receive it. I will admit we were probably about 15 minutes early to the pickup due to how fast we got there after it was ordered, but when we walked in we immediately felt like we weren’t welcomed. I walked to the register and was even looked at for a minute. The girl working behind the counter finally looked up at me and said “we’ll be right with you” in an annoyed tone, then went back to making the order. I then told her I was pretty sure she was working in my order and she then asked me the name on my order. When I told her the name the guy working with her said “we’re working on it” in once again a very annoyed tone. When me and my boyfriend walked back to the table to wait, we heard the two coworkers immediately start talking about how early we were, and it was very obvious how they felt about it. I have worked in fast food for years, and I understand it a be frustrating when a pickup comes early, but I would have been 100% fine waiting for the pickup time inside the restaurant, there was nobody in the store, and the employees were very clearly agitated before the knew we even had the pickup. I would never write a review like this about a business unless I genuinely felt unwelcome. I wasn’t expecting top tier customer service, but I was expecting for the employees to wait until we were outside of the restaurant to start talking about us. Food was great, No issues there however due the atmosphere we will not be returning to this location.

Came on a whim on a Saturday afternoon because we were hungry.
I got the 12″ Jamaican Jerk turkey with all the normal toppings and banana peppers on the side. That was a good deal since I’m sure I got more doing that than if I’d gotten them on the sandwich. It was very good and highly recommend.
The wife got the Hero if I remember correctly. She said it was a very good sandwich.
They were down to their last 50 or so napkins. Who dropped the ball there? There’s a grocery store nearby.
Anyway, I thought it was a good visit and I’ve always liked their sandwiches. It did seem no one was worried about the cleanliness though.

Absolute best Firehouse subs that I’ve been to in Salt Lake and Utah Counties! Super impressed with their meat portions and the staff is very friendly. Especially the lady working the drive through at 9:00pm on 01/02/2026. Give her a raise. A smile and good attitude goes a long way in a simple exchange. I got the Beef Brisket sandwich and my wife got the Turkey Bacon and both were superb. Definitely a fan of supporting our firefighters/first responders!
Will dine here continuously if prices and portions remain the way they are now.

The staff corrected issues made by a door dash driver. It was not their fault by any means. Nor their responsibility.
After canceling my dasher order, due to a highly rude door dash driver. I came down in person to pick up my order instead, and they were so kind and took the extra steps to help me re place the same order in person, and still get my savings. They were kind to me about the whole process.
This ment a lot to just be taken care of.
You never know what a person is going through in life. The extra kindness in simply picking up food to feed a family can make a difference.
Our favorite sub is definitely the Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar with pickles!

I had a really frustrating experience at this Firehouse Subs location. I went through the drive-through and ordered a medium sandwich for myself and a kid’s meal—ham with cheddar (not provolone). When I got my food, several things were wrong:
• They did not include the kid-sized Firehouse Sub hat that comes with the meal.
• The kid’s sandwich had provolone instead of cheddar, even though I clearly requested cheddar.
• They gave me a small sandwich instead of the medium I ordered.
When I drove back to get the order corrected, the employee I spoke with — Sean — was extremely rude and argumentative. He kept insisting that I had asked for a small sandwich (I did not) and repeatedly told me he was “correct,” talking over me and refusing to listen. He also refused to let me speak to a manager, which was incredibly unprofessional.
I understand that mistakes happen, but the way Sean handled the situation was unacceptable. This experience has definitely made me think twice about returning to this location.

Before reading this, just know they did give us a full, no-hassle refund…. I know this location just opened so the service is likely slower because of that. The drive through had two cars in front of us and took 20 mins after ordering. Then after getting the food there was a worm-like bug (see picture) in the pickle where it had eaten away at it.

This place is great as long as you don’t lose your mind waiting 20 min in the drive through for your food. Try your sandwich with garlic bread. You won’t regret it.
