Normally you’d want a lot of meat on your sandwich but ngl this place over did it. I had so much meat and barely any veggies. I also asked for cucumber and got chopped pickles instead, which is whatever I guess. If I had the amount of meat I had plus the right amount of veggies, I’d be happy but they were lacking.
It was alright overall. I did also get the buy 1 get one free special so it was a good deal.

Closed an hour early than the schedule. Doors were locked at 10:03 on a Saturday night. I pulled on both doors and the two people inside ignored me. I love Firehouse but this location needs attention.

Just left there, it’s Saturday and they closed over half an hour earlier than posted. The two workers just stared at us as we tried to open the door. Management needs to change the closing time so people don’t make the drive for no reason. I’ve seen other posts about this location having the same issue months ago and obviously nothing was done and they don’t want our business. This is why businesses fail. Firehouse….please take note of the lack of customer service.

If only they had a number below zero. Believes the reviews this is a horrible store. They charge me a dollar for gravy which they don’t have any. When I noticed on my receipt I asked for a refund was told they couldn’t give me one because there was no manager on duty. When I asked for there name was told they could even give a name. Took my number and when I asked them to read it back it was all wrong. Again the worst ran place any where.

We placed a pickup order and did not receive a combo (soup and drink) plus two cookies. One of our sandwiches was wrong, but at least we got it.
Online customer service would only give us points, no money and escalated us to customer service, which is pretty worthless. Four emails later, we were sent back to the store which was just as worthless.
The manager told my husband he couldn’t refund the items because we used a coupon. He offered to “give” my husband the drink but offered no other resolution.
Mistakes happen, but how a company deals with these mistakes is more important. Judging from some of the other more recent reviews, this location should probably be avoided. At least make sure to double-check your order because after hours of stupidity you will be disputing the order charge with your bank.

The young girl at the register was very nice and took my order and the other girls prepared my Sub and burnt the bread, wrapped it up and gave it to me as I was a to go order.
Opened it and the entire side of the bread was burnt black! This is just wrong and should’ve never been given to a customer and I think the manager is at fault for not teaching them about these kind of things. Very disappointed and will not be back. A waste of $17.00

I am in my first trimester and I’m sure many of you mothers and fathers know how important food is right now, I was having a really rough night and just wanted a simple Italian sandwich with no tomatoes or onions. The smell of those just make me gag. The sandwich I got not only had everything that makes me gag on it but it wasn’t even an Italian sandwich. It had ham cheese and beacon. Unlike the people that work here I am not illiterate and clearly read the description and am just so confused how they could add everything I asked not to add and not even put the correct meats in. To make it worse, because of my nausea I am unable to drive so I door dashed this sandwich and while DoorDash gave me a refund for the amount of the sandwich I am still out $10+ for delivery and extra fees. Im out money, almost threw up opening the bag at the smell of the food I did not order and it is now to late to order anything else good. I hope whoever made this sandwich goes blind and stubs there toe every time they get out of bed.

Order regularly from door dash here. Ive ordered from here multiple times and usually is something wrong every single time. I Just got through ordering again and I had the New York Steamer and it was dry. I want to give this place a chance as why I keep ordering from here but this may be my last time.
