For a quick casual meal that isn’t the greasy fast food options this sub shop is a decent option. The service was good as it was prompt and our orders were correct. The ambiance is ok with a nice theme and cause going for it but it could be cleaner. I enjoy the smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket sub, which I normally do not like sweet BBQ sauce or BBQ sauce in general but it’s pretty decent with the mayo combo. My husband enjoys the steak and cheese sub. If you like spicy the hot sauce bar is a nice touch. Also, I personally like they have the customized soda fountain with root beer and cream soda options that are “sugar free” since I don’t really drink soda and if I do I prefer diet since regular tastes too sugary. If you are in the area for a quick meal and don’t want to hit up a greasy fast food option this might be it for you.

We ordered 3 sandwiches, Mac n cheese, and a brownie to pick up. All items were on the receipt. Drove home 11 miles. No brownie in the bag. Sandwiches were delicious. I’m kicking myself for not unpacking the bag while in the store.

Their computer glitches and removed customization from my order. My receipt on my app had the correct order. His computer said the wrong thing. Claims he couldn’t make a new or he would “get in trouble.” $16 wasted because they couldn’t fix for a food allergy.

Food took forever, a order after us was done first even tho we had 2 small sandwiches and they had 3. When they finally came out the inside was warm but bread was cold and a tad hard. No customer service. Not worth it.

was not good service. Came in and the person at the register didn’t even welcome us or make eye contact. We stood there for at least a minute or 2 until we started to talk didn’t know if he got our order or not. I will not be back. Even an other couple walking out was saying the same thing about how the employees were not very personable I spoke up and said I agree 100%

Absolutely hate the fact they do not seal the food containers or bags when using door dash. They put the tape on the side of the bag. Instead of sealing the container with tape. This needs addressed!

The sandwiches are always great but they don’t wipe and clean their tables . There wasn’t a clean table to eat at so couldn’t dine in. This must be a problem for others because no one was eating in the dining area. Most orders were to go.
