These subs were awesome, stacked with meat, and I didn’t feel like I got “fast food” scammed as is so common these days. These were fresh, tasted great and packed, for an online order where your at their mercy, these were top notch!

Placed an online order for my birthday. I was supposed to get a free sub, it didn’t apply on my bill. I cannot have bread so I selected no bread, somehow it also selected “toasted” so it stated “NO BREAD, TOASTED”, my son and daughter went to pick the order up and waited 25 minutes (they were not busy according to my kids), instead of calling me or asking my kids about the bread issue they just made it with bread, when i received it I called up there to let them know the issue and the lady who answered said “they didn’t have time to call to confirm so they just made it” … coming from someone who managed in food service for years, that’s not how that works. She then went on to yell at me and then hung up on me. No issue resolved. I reached out to customer service, they forwarded the issue to the store owner/manager and I still haven’t received a call or email. Usually firehouse is amazing, this was the worst experience I have had with a restaurant. Completely unacceptable, unprofessional and very disappointing. Did I mention this was my birthday dinner? Never again. I hope you have a better experience and hopefully they hire people with better customer service.

I’m a big fan! I have only tried 1 sub (Italian) but my family has all had different ones and we always love them! Hot or cold, they are always great. NO complaints. The food takes a few minutes but it is being made fresh and there is often others there as well so waiting is expected. They also cost a bit more than a SUBWAY, but again QUALITY matters and the little extra is well worth it!

Paid $50 for 2 combos and a kids meal which is insane. The wait was ridiculous I sat at the drive thru window waiting for my food for almost 20 minutes. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience. Once I finally got my food and ate the sub was so messy and the bread was so soggy it just all fell apart and I couldn’t even eat it. Won’t be coming back here

I went to Firehouse Subs because I love there Italian Subs. When got home there was no meat in it at all!! When my husband bit into his there was no meat in his either!! Who doesn’t put the meat in a Italian sub??? Not happy!! I will not be going back there!!!!

Food is always good. Staff are jerks. Making fun of my order while I’m standing there waiting because getting double meats means I’m going to complain. Damn right I’m gonna complain now. Maybe if you want to talk shit about customers make sure they aren’t standing right there in front of you. Never coming back.

Paid $13 for a medium steak sub, ordered no jalapeños, waited 20 min in line and ended up getting a cold and soggy sub with jalapeños. This use to be the best sub place around but they have fallen off big time. The subs are even smaller now.

I asked for no bbq on the large brisket sandwich. They put it on and then scraped it off and gave it to me as is. GROSS. I know this by the red stripe down the middle of the bun. Then they put DOUBLE mayo to cover it up. The meat was extremely fatty and also cold. Barely edible after scraping off all the mayo. The “small sub” is 4″ long. Barely a snack. I spent $24.00 and want every penny of my money back! What a waste of time and money. I am grossed out by the whole experience.

We waited for 50 minutes for half a sandwich and a salad. It came in a dirty greasy bag and a box. The sandwich was bad the meat was not fresh, and the cheese was also not fresh. The salad was ok it tasted good.
