Love the tropical cherry limeade and turkey bacon ranch and they’re never rude at all so nice even tho I talked really fast the one guy was so sweet and relayed my message they’re so nice that woman as cashier is very sweet to me too they all need raises I love the experience I have there everytime never have had any rude people they always greet me and say bye to me and tell me to return I definitely will that drink has me constantly coming in I love the subs too but can’t always afford them

Today I wanted a good sub sandwich and went to firehouse. We walked in and no greeted us. They were not busy. There was only one person dining in. No lines. We went to the order counter. Looked at the menu. The young man at the counter that takes the order did not greet us. Looked him dead in his eyes, not a word. We turned around and left. Poor customer service. I won’t be back.

Hadn’t been in a long time but it was still really good! I wish they still had the giant rack of hot sauce like the locations I visited in the past, but I understand they probably can’t have that right now because of the pandemic. They’ll give you hot sauce if you ask but they only have one type and it’s pretty mild. There was a spotlight for an actual firefighter on my cup honoring his work, I thought that was really cool. Still good deals on subs too, and I’m happy they have the Coke Freestyle machine!

Ordered food tonight. Food was good as usual. The problem was that the workers behind the counter was wearing their pants hanging below their butts. I really don’t want to go to a restaurant and see what kind of underwear the staff is wearing. Very unprofessional.

Wife and I stopped here for a quick bite on our way through the state. She had the meatball sandwich would she loved and I had the new smoking triple stack sandwich which was excellent. Clean facility, nice staff, quick service. Used to eat at Subway, but find Firehouse subs cost just a little bit more but the quality is so much better.
