I ordered 2 Hook & Ladder sandwiches through Uber eats near closing time. Since it was late I called the store to verify they received it and add to my order. I spoke with a gentleman named Terry who was friendly and accommodating over the phone. When our sandwich’s arrived it was exactly as I ordered and very delicious!! Thank you Terry!!

I ordered on uber eats, my order was very simple. I selected a few items such as pepper jack cheese, banana peppers and a couple other things to add to my hook and ladder. NONE of them were added. I have a piece of bread with only meat and cheese on it. Not even close to what I ordered. Horrible. Hire people who care just a little bit about details. Should’ve spent my 20 bucks elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I went to grab a quick lunch and he ordered a bowl of chili and they only rang up a cup and tried saying that was the only size at first. Then while we are waiting several minutes they come back and let us know there isn’t enough chili left. And offer a sub and then go after letting him choose and size take it back and offer only a small. It’s not what he wanted and made him wait that long to even say that. I was halfway through my sub by the time they said anything. Just awful service. Not sure how they still open. Not even busy

We had a couple of great sandwiches at Firehouse subs today. I had a jerk chicken, and my wife had The Engineer. Both were very good. Also, the staff, both girls that were working, were very friendly and accommodating. When the soda machine wouldn’t work, they were happy to give us bottles instead. Would definitely recommend and we will be back next time we’re in the area.

The turkey sandwich I had was good, but pretty pricey for what it was. I do like that they warm the meat for you upon request and the bun was unique and tasty. The staff was friendly. Worth a try!

First time trying their subs. It was good wasn’t expecting Subway standards but good and tasty. The building looks odd enough standing itself and inside is huge. 2-3 people working I ordered online and my order was ready. The price is way higher than the subway. The option is minimal to add on. Good sub overall but not my cup of tea. You can try them out.

I used to be a huge fan of Firehouse but after today’s visit I’m done.
I dealing with health issues and can’t eat much. I decided to order the Small Italian for $8.99. I figured it was gonna be small but when I got home and opened it I was shocked to see just how small it was. I took out the ruler and measured it. 3 ½ inches!!!!!!! For $8.99 plus tax and then asking to round up and that $10!!!

Everyone is waiting for their food. Over 30 minutes and still no sandwiches. They just yell to the customers to wait.. Staff is rude, lazy and seems unable to make food. Get y confusing how a sub can not be made One lady is working while everyone else stands around. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place. Better just going somewhere else
