Came in with my husband and two kids to use 3 kid’s combo coupons—three kids subs, three Rice Krispie treats, three small sodas, and three fire hats. Guy was struggling to put those three orders into the register, which was no big deal as it was clear he was learning. That being said, the rest of the service was awful. They only packed the subs, so I had to ask for the cups and Rice Krispie treats. Then we realized they also forgot the hats, so my husband went to ask for those, and as he’s walking to where they disappeared to in the back, we hear them laughing about how they had previously forgotten subs in another person’s order. Extremely unprofessional, and honestly quite sad that it was that difficult to remember four simple items for each meal. Yikes.

Spoke with Sharon, the owner, for a party box to be picked up sat at 1pm. Sharon was very nice to work with. Very knowledgeable. On Sat I got there at 1230pm and it was ready. Guy said he just finished it. Ate at 6pm and everything was fresh, very nice presentation, even had trash bags thrown in. Very impressed. Thank you so much. 5 star!

Even though they just opened, I had a genuinely great experience. I order straight off the menu when trying a new place, a d the veggie sandwich is amazing as-is, plus mushrooms. Service was very friendly and quite speedy, despite it being peak lunchtime AND a hot sandwich. Definitely off to a good start.

The subs were excellent. Service was outstanding! I didn’t get the young guys name but he was extremely funny and I was very impressed. We arrived 30 minutes before close on Friday and still received excellent service. Restaurant was very clean and organized. As a Restaurant Manager it was nice to be on the receiving end. Great job!!

Wouldn’t know how the food is placed my order for rapid pick up and waited over an hour at that point I couldn’t even pick it up. Why have rapid pick up. Thank god this isn’t a firehouse because my house would burn down by the time they got there.

Update no refund just a backhanded apology and told me to try them again not even a discount. Wow I’m pretty sure a horses behind could run this place better. Shame on the owner

Ordered 2 French dips through for Door dash which came to almost $40 and they forgot the Au Jus. Which is why I ordered what I did. Then said I have to contact door dash to resolve the problem. It wasn’t there fault. It was firehouse subs fault for forgetting it.

Meatball was delicious. Ordered a large potato bacon soup but they gave me the wrong soup and the container was barely half way filled and was still very small. Not sure if I got the wrong size but regardless it was very little.

I typically get good service when ordering from here. It is my go to for subs. I dont know what happened tonight but I usually dont order this late so im going to guess the workers were upset even though I ordered 30 minutes to close. Two sandwiches. Shouldn’t be really hard. Anyways I ordered using doordash bc I had been drinking and I know our washer got there before close. The bag came it was tied shut like usual . When j opened it. My chips were missing. I was like “ok maybe theyre excited to go home.” I open my sandwich. Sloppy. I got a large but instead of half cut the first threeish inches were cut and the rest was long. There was an ungodly amount of ham stacked onto it but not apart. No. It was all in the middle. The bread was so soggy I couldn’t pick it up bc it was falling apart. (No I didnt have a pickle or vinegar) two tomatoes both looked bad and tasted sour. Iwas like. Well at least i ordered a cup of soup. But that wasn’t even correct. I did get it but it was clear the soup had been sitting and they hadn’t bothered to stir it at all. So not one piece of my order was correct. And I am quite upset. I understand food service. I understand it’s hard some nights. But im a servsafe manager and I would NOT have served a sandwich like that. It would be embarrassing. Also. Just because your thirty minutes to close does not mean you get to make food sloppy because youre upset you had to do your job. Nonetheless I hope the workers have a better rest of their nights. I just thought this needed to be said.
