I have only tried a few firehouse but the turkey bacon ranch was awesome. I ate the whole thing in a minute lol.
Edit: I went in person and although it took a bit longer (they were training a new guy) it was still just as good. Its on the expensive side but its well worth it every once in awhile.

Ms. Ebb and staff are always amazing and professional. Always providing polite and courteous service. If I were the Manager I would consider her for a raise ASAP. She is a great reflection on the organization. I would love to see get a raise immediately. She makes me want to come to the Waycross store again and again.

Went through Waycross, GA Firehouse Subs drive through 03/03/2026, and bought a hook and ladder meal for 18.67. After I reviewed my bank account for expense report reimbursement I noticed the total was 22.12. So I found the receipt and noticed a 3.45 tip had been added. Called the store to see if this was a automatic tip (it was NOT), and to notify them so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. The lady I spoke with didn’t want the receipt number or even care who the cashier was (Michelle). She said, “Come back in and I can refund fund it”. I live in SC and was there for work. I don’t even care bout the money, but I imagine this is happening to a lot of people. This place is robbing people a few dollars at a time. And a FOUR dollar tip to pick a sub up in the drive through!??!! That’s crazy. Don’t go here, I know I will not again. Might go ahead and report this up higher so someone can see if this is a reoccurring issue.

I came to visit on Friday, January 9th, found the crew to be very friendly. They were chatting and laughing with each other as well as chatting with the customers. Just having a great time!
The bathrooms and the restaurant are very clean.
The food was good and healthy, I had a salad. You can make any sub into a salad!
My husband ordered a Jamaican church turkey and I had an engineer into salad.
The young lady working the register took her time and explained everything to me.

Came here on a Sunday at 11 AM. Place was exceptionally clean and one thing to note is it was fully staffed. One of the best groups of ladies I’ve had at a fast food place in a while.
The one who took my order, was incredibly pleasant, kind and thoughtful, and even offered us the specials, which saved us money.
Inside it was extremely clean, and everything was well prep and well lit. Bathrooms were also excellent and clean. Both male and female.
Food was outstanding. A+++

This was our first time eating at Firehouse Subs. We had the brisket. Wow was it great. The young man Brandon not only took our order, but was really helpful in our service. Also, a shout out to the young lady who made our sandwich. It was so good…..

My food was ready when I arrived and was so delicious, it did not disappoint! The sub (Honey Ham) I did customize and was spot on and my potato soup was delicious as well. I just recommend if you ask for the extra pickle on side you may have to ask for it because mines usually never in my bag however they are very good to say no problem and hand a few over then. I love it so tasty!

I used the drive thru on this visit. The young man that took my order was very polite and friendly! When I pulled up to the window and paid the young man was very attentive, friendly, and polite. He went over my order again and then I paid. He thanked me for my business and went and got my order. The food was fresh and made perfect. Overall it was a great experience!
