I’m not sure who was working in the back kitchen area this morning but they need an attitude adjustment. I am a door dasher I went there today to pick up an order that said to pick up by 1023. Walked in just fine at 1019 as the doors were unlocked immediately after walking in this worker in the back said something about, are we open yet now I walked in as the doors were unlocked so I had no reason to question if they were open or not as well as the fact that my DoorDash said to pick up by 1023 as I’m standing there waiting for my order to be finished. I hear this person in the back talking about people shouldn’t be coming in until 1030 after leaving. I googled this location and it stated that they opened at 10 AM if the hours changed, maybe you guys should’ve update your hours online and maybe you guys should keep the doors locked and also notified DoorDash that your hours are being changed but to sit there and loudly have that type of attitude is absolutely unacceptable and it just made the atmosphere seems so tense. I love ordering from firehouse myself as I love you guys’s sandwiches, but that staff member and they’re attitude just for me walking in, was just extremely uncomfortable and unpleasant to walk into.

Firehouse subs has been great to us. They donated food to the fire department for an event. Subs and cookies were delicious and the staff was friendly. We are grateful for their generosity and the delicious food. Stop out and get some food at Firehouse subs.

It’s set-up like Cousin Subs but with the fire department theme. Your food comes in containers instead just wrapped with a pickle spear included. Nice! The food choices are different for example I ordered a Brisket sub.
