Service was quick and friendly. This was our first time at a Firehouse sub and it went great. My Son and I got the Brisket and Cheddar sandwich and it was delicious. Will be returning in the future.

Very pleasant experience. A small sub was adequate. The bread was tender and the components were ample. It is a typical order at the counter with trashcan at the door but everything was clean and it was quiet enough to accommodate a conversation. It is nice to not have music playing in a dining room.

I walked into this location and was not greeted at all by the two employees working. It felt as if we were invisible. After standing there for about 5 minutes, one employee finally said a very faint “hi.” I replied politely, “Thank you for speaking,” and he then turned to his colleague and said something in his language.
I chose to quietly leave. My money, my choice. But it was a very uncomfortable experience. If you value basic customer service and being acknowledged as a human being when you walk into a business, this was not it.

Absolute garbage service and food. Guy tried to tell me this is what the potato soup is supposed to look like. Come on man, I was born at night, just wasn’t last night. Second time in a row we’ve had bad food and service here. Won’t be repeating it.

This place went down from when it Frist opened which is never surprising but where it is now is just disappointing. If I am going spend $20 per person for a sub meal then the sub should be good and not a shadow of their former self. I could get multiple subs from Crofton Depot better packed with ingredients for the same price or go to Jersey Mike’s. Feels like this place has given up and just charging premium prices for substandard subs.

This was our first visit here and I’m not sure we’ll seek it out again any time soon . . . The sub was tasty, but decidedly not what I ordered . . . Came home to discover that it was missing the cucumbers, but still included the ham . . . when we arrived we were the only patrons, more customers arrived after, it still took 10+ minutes for a medium & a kid’s sub . . .

Went to walk in to use the restroom and buy something to drink while the kids that I carried on the school bus went to other surrounding restaurants and they locked the door right infront of me as I went to come in 30 minutes before they were due to close. The guy looked right at me while he did it. RUDE!!!
