Not sure how to reply to FHS’s response (thank you, however, for responding so quickly). I’m not sure why a 4-star review leads one to think I’m not a “fan”, and frankly, sounds pretty condescending. I reserve 5 stars for places that totally knock my socks off. Our food was good, service was good, staff attitude was ok, but we feel for what we get, pricing here is expensive. So we come here occasionally for a change of pace. It’s great to have this option in Stephenville, when for so long, our options were very limited. So yay! But “good”, especially for the price vs. quality/staff friendliness, isn’t a 5-star super experience. That doesn’t mean this location is awful or that we won’t return, or recommend others avoid it. It’s just good. 4 stars. And I’m not going to slam the location because of the reply to my honest opinion, which I shouldn’t feel I have to justify.

Not sure what manager Lee problem was but I’ve never seen someone so visibly angry to do their job especially when they still have half an hour before they close. My friend went to order and he apparently didn’t hear him and Lee literally yelled at him. I hate to be the that guy but I’ve never experienced someone so blatantly mad to do what they’re paid to do and it’s unacceptable.

I love Firehouse, despite very high prices. However, I’ve taken my kids a couple of times, since we all live firehouse so much. First, none of the featured specials seem to work at the register, so much be ordered on the app. Next, every single order has been incorrect in some way. At a certain point, it really seems intentional, since the order was clearly on the tag. For instance, the pickup orders would have none of the sides included, such as mac n cheese or cookies. However, once we learned they were prone to that, we just get them ourselves. The more frustrating items are when the sandwich is completely wrong. I guess it’s time to find a new sub place.

They have one of the best steak and Cheese sandwiches. They will grill onions peppers and add mushrooms in if you ask for it. They will add extra provolone and steak if you request it.
