While I rate this place a 4 star overall, because the food tastes good, the service is prompt, the atmosphere is clean, and the place is well kept. I have to say that your veteran’s day offer was confusing to the staff.
I saw at least 3 veterans while I was there that left upset because they were told they would only get chips and drink free as part of the veteran’s Day special.
No, a good move, firehouse corporate , take heed. Comp the stores a free or half price sub on Veteran’s Day and gain a long list of paying customers all year long.
BTW, I’m a paying customer, luckily I have the money to buy a sandwich which I am donating to a less fortunate person, so my rant is not about get something free for me, it is about recognizing our veterans 1 Day a year.

I was very satisfied with the quality of the food and the customer service. Ingrid greeted us warmly with a smile, and attended us very kindly even while she seemed to be very occupied at that time. This was our first visit to this restaurant, and we were amazed by the taste of the subs that we ordered. We ordered a Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket and a New York Steamer to go. The toasted buns were very soft, and the subs were filled with generous amounts of beef and sauce. We were also impressed by the cautious measures that they were taking at the restaurant such as equipping a hand sanitizer on each table, blocking some tables to secure social distancing for dine-in customers, and 6 feet signs on the floor. I’m looking forward to visiting this restaurant again soon.

My husband and I wanted to eat something different so I suggested to Firehouse Subs so we went to eat, I ordered a turkey and cheese on wheat bread, my husband ordered a meatball sub kinda the same thing you can order at subway and we also ordered a baked potato soup and then we waited, when we tried the subs I realized that Firehouse Subs is nothing like subway. Firehouse Subs blew Subway out of the water, the bread was soft, the sub had a great taste to it and the soup was great as well, not to mention how clean the place was, and the people were very polite and helpful… I will be going back to Firehouse Subs !!!
