Expensive, but very tasty

Ever since the first time that I come to this establishment after having introduced myself, the owner/manager has always remember my name.
When I come into the establishment he calls me by name. I really like that somebody remembers my name.
The establishment is always clean. Some busy and sometimes it’s not, and no matter whether they are busy or not they always get my order right.
I do recommend this place because of the Care give establishment’s cleanliness and manor.
The owner/ manager even remembers my order as I always seem to get the same thing for myself. The brisket. The only time it ever changes is if I am getting something for somebody else also.
The food is excellent the service is actually if I didn’t have to use my thumb for this I give two thumbs up so let me set my phone down… there you go, two thumbs up.

Ordered ahead, came in to pick up sandwich. Woman at counter made me wait in line even though the order was ready. This was during a lunch hour rush, so definitely inconvenient to have to wait in line when I ordered ahead. College drive location is much better, and will be doing my business with them instead. Waste of an order ahead purpose if you ask me. I ordered extra lettuce and paid extra to add cheddar cheese. They took the other cheese off, charged me the extra cheese price when I’m supposed to be getting 2 different cheeses that I was willing to pay for. Not to mention how tiny the sandwich is for $10…. but that’s not their fault.

Went for lunch with a group yesterday and all of our experiences were awful. Placed my order ahead online and the lady kept saying I didn’t place an order. Soda machine was down, food was awful, and to top it off there was a hair in my food. No beard guards, and I swear I watched the rude lady fix the soda machines and ring up people and never change her gloves before helping with the food. I tried to get her attention several times but she ignores people. She snatched my friends gift card out of her hand when it wasn’t scanning and shrugged and said it doesn’t work and wouldn’t help her get it to work. 20.00 for a sub drink and a cookie is insane for food this bad of quality. I won’t be going back to firehouse subs again unfortunately!

Save yourself the money, go to one of the other Firehouses in the area. This place used to be decent, not as nice as the ones in VB – but at least worth the insane amount of money they charge. They never have the seasonal offerings that all the others do anymore and never say why not either.
I don’t know what’s happened but the food itself is boarding on food and safety phone call concerning, the staff are pretty rude if you’re ordering a small and they make sure to cut under what a small is supposed to be. I don’t know why, maybe it’s a jab – only they can say. And this is my 4th attempt at a “second chance” for them. No more, yall need to get your stuff together, seriously

I could not believe what we were given for 25 bucks! I hadn’t been in a firehouse subs for a little while and seen this one and really wanted what I remembered from them. But after today, I will never enter a firehouse again. The sandwiches were super small and the steamer sub, they didn’t even put condiments on it! The sodas were also just carbonated water. I wish I could make this up. The best thing we got was some chips since they cant mess those up, they aren’t expired at least. Attaching a photo of our 25 dollar sandwiches.

I was at a conference and my colleagues and I stopped to grab lunch on our way home. The lady that served us was very rude and impolite. I would not recommend anyone to visit this location. Poor customer service!

I purchased 2 medium tuna subs and there was barely any tuna on them. I may have a spoonful of tuna on each sub and they tried to place the tomato and cheese over it to hide how little tuna was on the sub. I will NOT be going back. It was definitely not worth $16 for 2 subs.

There was a misunderstanding with my order due to ordering through Uber eats and the app not offering vegetarian configurations. After explaining why I needed my order changed even though it had already been made, the owner/manager and his staff were very understanding, accommodating, and gracious. My wife is a vegetarian and he made a custom sandwich for her that was actually very good! I don’t get the negativity towards this man in some of the reviews, he seemed genuine and considerate after speaking with him. Thanks again!

I feel like I was being rushed when I was ordering . When I sat down to wait for my food to be made I begin thinking about the things I forgot to add when ordering due to the cashier rushing me . This was my second time eating Firehouse Subs so I was unaware of everything they had . I feel cheated
