Just overall an average sub with a high price. I wouldn’t say it’s better than Subway, but I’m fine with supporting our the donations they pay to police and such. The main reason is even with coupons, I think 2 12 inch + 6 inch was like $36. No drinks or anything. Just seems the prices are getting out of hand.

had a genuinely great experience at Firehouse Subs. The quality of the food stands out immediately — the bread was fresh, the meats were flavorful, and everything tasted made-to-order instead of mass-produced. You can tell they don’t cut corners on ingredients.
The portion sizes are generous, and the sandwiches are packed properly — not skimpy or uneven like you get at some other chains. The balance of meat, cheese, and toppings was on point. My sub was hot, well-seasoned, and actually filling.
Customer service was also solid. The staff was efficient, friendly, and kept the place clean even during busy hours. The wait time was reasonable, and my order was accurate.
If you’re looking for a sub that actually tastes premium and satisfying rather than rushed and dry, Firehouse Subs delivers. Definitely coming back.

Iv had two different experiences here. The first few times we went here the food was amazing. Their subs are some of the best. Then the past few trips the food was not as good as before, maybe we just caught them on a bad day I’m not to sure. But I won’t be negative. We live fire house subs. The staff is usually friendly, but the wait can be a little long for a sub place. Great location with plenty of parking.

Food was hot and fresh, but the restaurant is empty at 7 pm on a Sunday and yet all of the tables are dirty. I literally had to clean my own.

Omg. Not sure about anyone else but my sub has been delicious every time. DoorDash first time and was quick and very nice person. In person the next time and the gentleman were prompt, quick, nice, and quickly made my food. I have tried several subs from New Yorker to Italian and cheddar beef and the pastrami and the corned beef. Every one along with the pickle have killed it. Make sure u get the pickle. MAKE SURE u get the BROWNIE …omg the brownie is so so so good at any store I’ve visited

I used to love this place! Food was awesome and tasty, people were always friendly, atmosphere was okay for a fast food place. I was just there today, and the 2 guys working directed everyone to use the self order kiosks which are confusing to figure out. I got a cookie as a side not knowing that the cookies are tiny. The floor was sticky in some areas and most of the tables were dirty. $18 plus tax and tip (so over $20) for a small eight inch sandwich, pickle spear, a small cookie and medium drink.

The small sub is a joke, $8 for 3inch is a horrible value, not including any drink or chips either. 3 of the 4 of our subs were messed up with wrong toppings included. They barely spoke English and I’m sure understood even less #INS #ICE. The plaza to get into this location was very crowded and not very car friendly.

My wife and I stopped in because they said they had Gluten Free Rolls. After we ordered a Gluten Free Hook and Ladder (and paid) and some other sandwiches they then said they didn’t have gluten free rolls.
To make up for it they offered a large drink (we got cups for water), and then they offered a brownie (which isn’t gluten free).
The floor had food on it and a small sandwich is $7+. We won’t be returning.

I went to this FHS #1301 Giant Eagle Way, Morgantown WV on 6/30/21 and was very dissatisfied with the Burned Buns for a $32.36 meal for three. I was also extremely disappointed after I did the survey on the receipt to not even get any sort of response from the owners, managers or for that matter the garbage man. This store does not follow FDA/USDA or Monongalia County Health dept mandated to prevent cross contamination as I also watch employees take knives from one work station and use it on another work station without being sanitized, and the gloves were never changed between changing task such as an employee walking to the back storage room and then coming back and forth three times and then proceeding to to wear the same gloves and touch ready to eat foods with the same gloves on. How Gross!
