first off i was greeted right upon entering the store. i walked in and didn’t know what i wanted and they gave me time to order, ended up ordering and let me tell you.. when i say this food was soooo good. i sat down ate my food in peace staring out the window. towards the end the guy gave my friend an extra cup and even gave us to go boxes. 10/10 for my first ever experience there. amazing customer service.

Came here because I wanted a quality sub and I know firehouse is the only place for that. Came here and was not disappointed, the amount of meat per sub was awesome and the presentation which is small was great, pictures show for themselves. It’s alittle pricer than subways but well worth it. What we got was a medium cheesesteak and I got the large hook and ladder on wheat bread.

I love Firehouse. The subs are so great, full of ingredients, you don’t feel you are munching on just bread lol they are fast and mostly accurate with your order…… and today we had an even better experience with having a nice, smiley, super friendly, and beautiful young lady as our cashier. Very sandwich they make is full of mayo even if you don’t ask for it. My brisket sandwich was full of mayo on top of barbecue sauce disgusting!!! I called this establishment to complain and the guy that answered said they put mayo on all sandwich’s and we would have to request to not have it on the sandwich. I have never heard of this at any restaurant I wasted 10 dollars

Response from owner after a phone call to me was “looks like you’d like a refund on your order?”. “If you don’t want to come back I’d understand” I literally bit into a metal Rod inside my steak sub! Who knows of any other metal that may have been consumed without even knowing and potential health issues.

I order on the app for this location a lot, and the order has been correct every time! I’ve never had issues here, and for a while i was there weekly if I had to guess… The staff has always been kind to my friends and I, which is always a bonus. I have stopped in during a slow time and they were training someone new, seeing how they taught him and work with him was so nice to see. They were patient and actually working with him… which I don’t see often – this really proved that is this my favorite firehouse location for a good reason 🙂
