Went in today and had lunch around 2pm. Wasn’t busy or anything. Two girls behind the counter at the time. One talking on her cell phone on speakerphone. Stood there for a minute and finally one came over and took the order. I ordered a medium New York Steamer on white with chips and a drink. Little over $16. The sandwich came out in a good amount of time but I was absolutely baffled when I opened the sandwich container. I had bread, what tasted like a half gallon of mayo and 3 slices of meat with some cheese melted on it. Less food than you can get at a gas station for $5 out of the sandwich area. I was ticked off, almost got up to say something but a line had formed and I didn’t have time to deal with people that didn’t care to begin with. On top of this, the girl taking orders took my order with gloves on, handled the computer and then without changing gloves went back to making food. Looking around everything was filthy. Soda machine looks like it’s not been cleaned in months, counters dirty, shelves, tables, area with hot sauce was gross, walls, floors, etc. just filthy. No pride in this place at all. I’d never consider going back to this place.

The Italian is one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! It’s so flavorful and packed full of meat and delicious toppings making it an excellent value for the money. I order the same sandwich every time because I know it’s going to be good, and I have big cravings for that exact sandwich. My boyfriend gets the Captains Club and loves it. This is our 3rd time ordering from this location and it’s always good.

Once again we ordered online and didn’t get the order right. Last time the order was sitting there but they told my husband the order was not ready. Waited for 20 minutes and then they realized the order was sitting in the back. Meanwhile bread was so soggy it wasn’t eatable. So we try again tonight and both sandwiches we ordered weren’t done right. Not sure if it’s management or poor quality staff but it’s just not worth it. Get your sub elsewhere. These guys are not a premier sandwich shop.

7:00 pm. Nov. 21st. I’m the only one in the store! At least 3 employees. 1st of all you don’t have the turkey Thanksgiving sandwich at this location…. Stupid…. 2nd I order the roast beef w/au jus dipping sauce. I get home & have ZERO dipping stuff which is why I ordered this in the 1st place! It’s no good without the sauce. NO AU JUS…. Why is that so hard for an empty store & 3 employees standing around? This location screwed me over once before. Why did I come back here?????? Pay attention people. This sandwich sucks without the sauce. Firehouse used to be SO GOOD. What the hell happened.

I can’t take it anymore. Iv been here a bunch of times and the sandwiches are good but the store has managed to find a way to mess it up. I was thinking at times maybe it’s just a bad day but this has been going on for years. The sandwiches are soup, smooshed or just flat out made wrong, the sandwich i just picked up has a jar of mustard in it. I can’t even eat it. This place is too expensive to be having problems like this. I got gotten today AGAIN! Check out my pic. I’m trying to eat it but you get the point. This was a pick up. Sorry people. Find another place to make em.

Both my husband and I had food poisoning after eating this, my husbands stomach went off almost immediately and mine took about 2 hours. We had not eaten a meal together for at least 3 days. Friendly service but they are obviously not following food safety protocols.

This is my 1st time experiencing Firehouse Subs and let me just say…. what an experience!!!!!! When going to sandwich/sub places, I usually opt for a “standard” meat/cheese, lettuce, tomato, etc. type of sub. This time, I chose the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. Talk about the BEST choice I could have ever made!!! The brisket melted like butter and overall, this sandwich had such amazing flavors!!! I cannot rave enough about this sandwich!!!
All members of the staff (Alex, Samantha, and Damon) were very welcoming and courteous. Service was very prompt without sacrificing quality. My daughter got the Italian and I had a bite of hers. It was delicious too!! The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. The chips were well stocked. Overall, this was a GREAT choice, and I will be returning!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!

got soup & chili for a snack/,warm up… chili is better than soup. soup was also cold and the cup was underfilled… won’t go here again although staff was nice
