The New York Steamer Sandwich was probably the saddest sandwich that a 5 year old can make at home. Let start how dead the place was. The bathroom was so dirty when you flushed the toliet that the tank overflowed with water. The floor was covered in toliet water. The paper towel dispenser was open & was not properly put in. Soap Dispenser was broken with no soap in the bathroom.
Sandwich wasn’t toasted long enough. It had more mayo than meats & cheese in it. They used the most lowest quality pastrami (BaR S) Barely tasted any cornbeef. The terrible cut on deli meat look like a 5 years old did it. Left all the chewy, fatty, unedible part of the meat. They can’t even fill the large piece of bread with meat. The two pickles tasted better than this sandwich. It was not worth 17 dollars for this low quality, barely any meats/cheese in it. Subway sandwich probably tastes better than this place or just go to Chipotle next door.

it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to prepare one sandwich, especially with only 3 patrons in the restaurant. We are on lunch break and only get n hour. Food is delicious, its their efficiency thats lacking.

Cleanest shop I’ve ever been in. The guy also was actively cleaning every nook and cranny while we were there. I’ve also never had better customer service at a sandwich shop, the guy was so polite and the sandwiches were amazing.

I just placed an order through Uber Eats, it didn’t have the option on the app to change cheeses. I chose no cheese, then extra cheese because I wanted extra Monterey Jack. I called the store as soon my order was placed to ask them about the cheese change and some extra pickles, no big deal all was confirmed they would take care of it. Made sure they knew it was extra cheese, as it was paid for just not specified.
No extra pickles and no extra cheese. I love firehouse and I’ll be back but Unfortunately I don’t trust online ordering anymore. This would’ve been a simple fix with a pen. I’ve worked in a Florida location before and can attest first hand that this would’ve been simple to make sure it was correct.

If i can give 0 to them then i will put 0 star to them.This place is nasty and the employee on front was so rude and she has no sense of hygiene she is taking cash with wearing gloves and making sandwiches with the same i guess her name is ernie (asian girl) or something like that after seeing all that i trash it and wasted almost 20 bucks. Never do business with them they are so unprofessional.

They have many choices if you want a small snack they have a meal just for that or if you wanna go big grab a large sub for around $10 bucks either way it’s delicious and it donates to charities which is awesome
