Dine in is always great, so I did an order through the app, and it was not great. I got 2 sandwiches, one was ordered with no cheese, and of course it had cheese. Mine was ordered with cheese, and of course no cheese on it. Mine was ordered toasted, and it was not; it did not have mustard which I ordered, also didn’t seem to have the oil and vinegar, Italian seasonings and salt and pepper that I ordered. Just really no flavor, not toasted with the melty cheese that is so good. Really disappointed.

Great sandwich, staff was super nice and helpful. This location was spotless and you could tell they put effort into keeping it clean. The staff even opened the door for me when I was leaving! They also brought my sandwich to me at the table when it was done. I would definitely go back to this location again!

I hate coming to this specific location. Every single time I come they either forget or purposefully screw up my order to where I have to wait an extra 10 minutes after they’ve already made my food for the sides. This place is an absolute joke and the staff is even worse

I dislike pickles, hate the smell and taste. I ordered no pickle and verified with the cashier and my receipt. I take my to go order and get home to find a large pickle inside my sandwich box and the pickle juice is throughout the sandwich.

I really don’t understand how a simple one sandwich order with no special additions can’t be correct. Very disappointed.

Just amazing! I would definitely recommend. We went two days in a row because it was so good. Their Steak and Cheese Sandwich is the absolute best I’ve ever had. It was juicy, not greasy, and the proportions were just right. The Smoked brisket and Cheddar Sandwich = perfection; it’s BBQ sauce, but it’s not BBQ sauce, tender meat, and a lot of it. The cheddar is melted for that creamy texture, and it’s juicy and sweet, just flavorful. It’s definitely a family favorite now. Also, my father in law doesn’t have any teeth and says, “You can be me a bowl of that chili anytime!”

Ordered online, said order would be ready in 10 minutes so drove over arriving at the mentioned time. It was 15 minutes later when an employee asked for my name to tell me my order was almost ready. Five minutes later I left with my food. Got home to find it was not as ordered. Both my wife and I had asked for no pickles, guess what we both had. Seems minor, but on top of everything else, it was fitting.
