It was good for the first ever visit! We enjoyed our sandwiches on the run! The signage wasn’t the best as there was nobody to follow thru the line! We needed help with ordering as the menu is “busy” and the sandwiches are different than other competitions! Great displays throughout the restaurant for the kids to look over and ask questions about! Impressive! The staff was friendly and helpful! The facility was clean throughout! We’ll visit again in the future!

Long long wait for only a few people in the store. There were a lot of to go orders. You would think they would prioritize the people waiting in the store over the to go uber eats orders. Food was good. Staff was nice.

I have a pretty uncommon name, so when I showed up to collect my online order I was handed a large sack and as I stepped away from the counter I realized there were 4 medium sandwiches in the bag rather than two large ones. We all suddenly realized that a different Nathan picked up my order by mistake moments before I arrived to get mine
The team and I had a laugh and they said they’d remake my order and offered me a drink while I waited. They were also problem solving how to get the other Nathan’s order two him by delivery.
Everyone was in good spirits about the mix up and I left with my sandwiches. They were both delicious and as we planned, we have leftovers for tomorrow!

“Do you want to round up your purchase” NO!
“The screen is going to ask you a question” SKIP!
I find it disrespectful to ask your customers for additional monies after they are already paying $13.00 for a sandwich. For a medium, if that.
When did we accept in thinking it is okay to ask your customers for more money?
THEN, since they don’t want to pay their workers.
They want us to TIP their hourly employees.
Since when does making a sandwich as an hourly employee constitute a tip?
ONLY WAITERS AND WAITRESSES, THAT SERVE PEOPLE MEALS, CONSTITUTE TIPS.
We all are thinking the same thing.
WE DO NOT WANT TO DONATE TO YOUR BS TAX WRITEOFF, FREE MONEY SCHEME.

My family and I eat here at least once a week, it’s always a good experience. My son and I both have dietary restrictions; we always get exactly what we ordered and never have any issues. Tip: Get their app, you build points quickly…I get free sandwiches often.
